The room was clean, no keys to the rooms and check in was 45 minutes late.

There was loud noise during the night beginning at 4:00 AM and continuing until about 6:00 AM coming from the room next door. I was told there was no one in that room, so I don't know what caused the noise. It kept us up the rest of the night.
After reading the reviews, we chose this hotel to stop. We are Hilton Honors members and have had good luck with these hotels in the past. The CSR was friendly upon check in but upon entering the hallway, the air conditioning was dripping and the carpet was soaked. We did report this to the front desk. The next morning, we went to breakfast and it was not as expected compared to other Hampton Inns. The selection was just ok. We looked forward to a good shower before hitting the road and the bottles in the shower were empty (shampoo and body wash). Upon checkout, I did express my disappointment to the CSR at the front desk but we were not offered points or discount… only.. “I’ll let the staff know for the next guest.” Really, am I not your current guest?
The hotel was great. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Overall, great stay.

We werent able to check in until late 3pm. I asked for an early check in when i booked the room but they didnt have a room ready. BREAKFAST was good they had scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, turkey sausages and waffles.
Amazing. Courteous, thoughtful, friendly, pleasant. Room and accommodation was awesome. Made for an enjoyable time.

I likes that the hotel was very clean, and had all the normal amenities you would expect. It was very close to some stores and places to eat as well. The location was great for our stay.
When I got here I had booked a king size with sofa bed room but instead got to stay double Queen due to them being completely booked.

We did not get the king room we reserved. Pool (indoor) was cold. No soap in sink side dispenser. Room we ended up with was tiny. Conflicting signs about pool hours. Rude staff (manager) at check in.
