This hotel is not clean. The elevators are unsafe. They don't acknowledge Hyatt benefit members. The A/C in the rooms don't perform well. I guess with the humidity, you may benefit bringing a dehumidifier.

The cleanliness was less than acceptable. There was a French fry just under the lip of the couch, blood on the duvet, handprints on the mirrored closet door and mold so bad in the shower area that smelled so sharp mixed with the scent of urine as well as long black hair all in the shower.
I was shocked the rooms did not have microwaves. 😕
House keeping severely needed. Flipped over a pillow cases and found someone else’s hair on it. Not mine, I’m bald. The other pillow case had black staining. Was anything even changed in the room after the previous stay? The coffee cups had staining in the bottom of the cup from its last use. Gross

We got to the hotel and looks very inviting and warm , had a booking with Expedia , booked two rooms and was only showing one room showed my reservation and receipt and lady (that I will not disclose name ) was like “I have no control over Expedia call them , and of course we were worried it was 3pm and needed the room , no willingness to help basically just trying to get rid of us , then a gentleman walked in by the name of Adam willing to help and ask question trying to figure out how he can help and was reprendended in front of us , which by the way I find very unprofessional! , well short story he found a solution called upper management and resolved great news ! , but while waiting in the lobby the lady kept reprehending Adam in front of of the desk telling him how she should of handled the situation honestly I felt so bad for him he was helpful kind and he was getting in trouble with the front desk manager for helping customers ! I was willing to let that slide , but this morning while having breakfast same lady saw us and I could clearly hear her talking to the kitchen lady about our situation which is a clearly disrespectful thing to do , I mean these are older ladies acting like high schoolers , front desk lady seems nice and kind but has NO idea how to treat customers or situations that are hard to attend Adam you have all our respect for having great customers skills and resolving issues ! To the lady 2 days in a row talking about us and making us feel so uncomfortable when we walked by , everything else else was nice
Everything about this location was amazing!!! Ms. Valerie was so kind and patient with all of my questions all around the staff was fantastic.
The breakfast was always cold and nasty. The only thing we ate was the cereal. The receptionist Valerie was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and so helpful.
Breakfast could have been warmer. Hunter was appalling. The amount of disrespect was disgusting. He actually told me to go change my own sheets after a week of being at the hotel our sheets weren't changed, the room was NEVER cleaned.
