The breakfast was good
There was no option for a bathtub, no microwave in the room, the blinds had holes and the exit stairs had an odor. Only one of the elevators was working.
This hotel has really gone downhill, ice machines broken on every floor, laundry room dirty and machines broken and only one elevator working . The rooms are poorly kept up and the gym’ s air conditioner was broken so it was a hot 81 degrees with no air circulation. The staff is wonderful it’s a shame that everything else is not.

We made this reservation on July 16, more than two weeks in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were no rooms available and that our reservation had been canceled. We were never informed about this before our arrival.
As a result, late at night we had to drive around looking for another hotel. The only room we could find was almost three times more expensive. We had no choice but to book it for one night.
Great room with separate living room area and location. We did not use the pool but it looked to be wonderful, depending on the capacity with children since we were not traveling with any.
Made a reservation and paid online and when I got to the hotel they told they were full after I made sure because I was talking to the guy at the front desk

The hotel staff initially informed us that our room was ready when we arrived. Unfortunately, the rest of the check-in process became highly stressful due to a major billing issue.
Other issue is the whole hotel ice machines did not work none of them until they told us go to 2nd floor and it only worked 1x the next day before taking off wanted to fill up my ice chest to keep some drinks cold for my kids and nope did not work had to go to the store to buy me the ice. One of the worst Experience from all the hotels i have stayed in by far.
other issue for breakfast, Toaster machine has the option to put 4 breads but 2 of them don't work took us about 30 mins almost to be able to set and eat the cold food.
Other issue is the room door doesn't close unless i put a lot of force to close it, and also the door look is completely lose and just hanging on there like wtf is this man small little things that matters for your customers safety and to stay safe. we did not feel safe with the door like this what so ever.
The app confirmed our booking was fully prepaid, but the hotel claimed my wife's card was denied and forced us to pay a second time at the desk. Our bank account had plenty of funds available, and my own card from the exact same bank account worked perfectly. This caused severe confusion and left us extremely frustrated with the double charge.
Room had roaches, only one ice maker worked, had odor, stain on comforter, floors in room were dirty, do not walk around with out shoes feet will be black.

The Washroom Door was broken and no one came to repair it despite informing on reception. Breakfast meal got out of stock before the end time.
All was great! Especially the front desk person,Nova. She was very kind and courteous.

The location was great for what I wanted and the room was clean.
The lobby was never really clean. I saw water on the floor most of the times I went in and instead of cleaning it up, they simply put a yellow caution placard up. That is a slipping hazard. I even left for several hours and the water was still there when I came back. No one was ever at the front desk. The front desk people were sitting around the corner where no one could see them. They should have been cleaning up the messes in the lobby and replenishing the cups by the water dispenser. Also, the walls were thin. I could hear the guy in the next room snoring and I could hear his TV when he had it on. The doors slam VERY LOUDLY if someone doesn't catch it...louder than I've ever heard. That happening at 11:30pm is not ideal. The floors in the room felt wet, sticky, or something that wasn't right. I honestly thought it was a small step up from Motel 6. For the price, I expected more.
The price was a little out of my budget but the overall experience made it somewhat worth it. The breakfast was by far amazing. Rooms were super clean and the room smelled.fresh.showers cod use some attention but nothing out of the norm for a hotel in corpus Christi

La habitación que nos tocó era amplia y también cuenta con un sofá cama.
La piscina techada, concentra mucho olor a cloro y si estás un rato sales con dolor de cabeza, el desayuno muy regular. Nuestra habitación no tenía horno microondas, Aparte tienes que dejar un depósito de 100 dolores obligatorio.
It was nice and clean and met our needs. Our door was a little warped so hard to open but other that that it was great. The location was centrally located
Horrible experience. This place is roach infested and does not live up to the Hyatt brand. The place was sold out and they gave a 15% discount for the inconvenience. BS. Never again.
