Break fast is good, having many options.

Cons:

I have booked for my family, the room was not clean and doors are hard to open and close. bathroom tub was filled with water. When we asked for chnage other room staff could not changed it they said all rooms are filled.
room should be cleaned and checked before giving to guests.

Pros:

The location was good. Staff was nice and accommodating. The room was spacious.

Cons:

Inside back door was a strong burning smell coming from the service room. Hallways smelled like dead fish. Rooms do not have microwaves and the only ice machine for guests wasn’t working. Also, rooms were not ready for checkin by 3pm on the first day.

There was rust on the bottom the the room separater. The bathroom tile looked like it was about to fall apart from water damage.

The location was near everything we wanted to do, see and eat

Cons:

When my husband and I came in no one greeted us . A young lady was getting assisted we were next . A white couple came in behind us and the next attendant who saw us come in proceeded to help them ..... We eventually received check in service. The blanket on the bed was weirdly lumpy. I think we had a room with water damage it was a mildew smell. I had disinfect spay with me anyway I'm glad.

Good place to stay just maybe not for the price.
Pros:

Close to plenty of food places. Right next to saltgrass.
Great breakfast!

Cons:

Didn't feel too clean. Not enough towels in the pool area. Fridge was not cooling much. For the price it was a bit too much. Also if you have a couple kids, may need to bring extra trash bags.

Our stay this time at this same location was very different this time.

Cons:

Hot water issue, elevator issue, at check in room was not ready til 6pm. , it was difficult to scan key at some doors due to out of order, ice machines not working, bathroom lock next to gym and pool was not working, hotel manager was not able to be reached by the staff all weekend. Our surprise was that our room key stopped working at 10 a.m when check out time was at 12 noon.

The room was nice and spacious for the price. Check-in was quick and easy, and the hotel offered a decent free breakfast, which was a nice bonus. However, the entire hotel had a very musty, moldy smell that made the stay less comfortable.

The smell of the entire building and the bathrooms could use some repairs inside the shower and our bathroom door was eaten up at the bottom from the water and steam maybe

Was charged 40 dollars more per night for room plus tax and fees and 100 dollar deposit. Ghetto neighborhood, rude staff, room is falling apart.

Very conveniently located and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Walls were thin and we could hear the children (who were extremely loud) in the room next door. Maybe don’t put very young children next to older adult couples?

Pros:

This hotel is not clean. The elevators are unsafe. They don't acknowledge Hyatt benefit members. The A/C in the rooms don't perform well. I guess with the humidity, you may benefit bringing a dehumidifier.
