Hotel Dushore

Hotel was good for basic lodging in a clean facility. Breakfast looked like basic pre-packaged food. (we went to Pam's a few blocks away). Not many choices in town so the $200 price is high, $150 would be more appropriate for what you get. Skelton crew but I believe we were the only guests.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating for us. They seemed to genuinely care about our stay.

They advertise breakfast. It consisted of three dry cereals with no milk, some oatmeal, some microwave pastries. The water and ice machine did not work. We had to buy ice. For service you had to call. The facility appeared very new and clean. Service questionable. When we arrived, the attendant did not know we were coming. He charged us on our credit card after we had paid through expedia. They did reverse that charge.

it was difficult to access the WIFI using the instructions given on the room card.
The outlet/switch for the vanity lights/hair dryer in the bathroom did not work.
Overall, we were pleasantly surprised, however, and will stay again next time we are in the area,

Room was clean, staff was excellent, however, the community room where the breakfast is located was not continuously stocked.

Large, clean room that even had a small kitchen. Free continental breakfast. When they found out I was leaving for a hike before breakfast is normally served, they put it out early for me (I didn't ask them to). So nice of them!

I was so impressed by everything from the moment I stepped in and there was fresh clean smell. The room was fantastic. I will rave about this nice piece of Heaven to all who will listen.

The hotel was fantastic. The room was gorgeous and spacious. It’s a small family owned hotel, and the owners were very friendly, polite and courteous. The only gripe I have is not with the property or the owners/operators, but with the location of the property. It’s pretty remote. Not many amenities near by. This is a little frustrating because if you want drinks or snacks in the evening, the only options are a Dollar General and a gas station/mini-mart near by. Again, this issue is with the location, not the property itself or the owners/operators.

Great location to hike Ricketts Glen and World’s End. Not much in town but the hotel restaurant is good and convenient! Great staff too!

Friendly staff and spacious room

The Dining options around town were terrible everything was closed or not open until the weekend. I wouldn’t go there again.
The room we had was really nice and the owner was a husband and wife they were awesome and so was the room. There just wasn’t any places to get a nice dinner on Monday or Tuesday when we were there only go Friday Saturday when more places are open.

This hotel is awesome. We had a great time and everybody was super friendly

Owner checked us in & he was very gracious & helpful ! He gave us a luxury room that was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed ! This is an exceptionally good hotel & a tremendous value for the price !
