Good place in Almaty
Pros:

Big room. Excellent breakfast. Pools, sauna and steam room were very good. Nice part of town.

Pobyt ogólnie w porządku, ale kilka elementów obsługi i wyposażenia pokoju wymaga dopracowania.
Pros:

Ogólnie pobyt był w porządku, a hotel zapewniał odpowiedni standard na kilkudniowy pobyt. Smaczne śniadanie, dobra kuchnia (kolacja). Dobry serwis SPA. Transfery lotniskowe o czasie. Pokój przestronny.

Cons:

Obsługa room-service wymaga poprawy - o kilka rzeczy musiałem prosić więcej niż raz, mimo że mieszkałem w hotelu przez kilka dni. Był to również jedyny z trzech hoteli podczas mojego pobytu w Kazachstanie, w którym miałem problem z płatnością jedną z kart i musiałem użyć innej. W pokoju zwracała też uwagę nierówna i miejscami luźna wykładzina.

Solid, clean and comfortable stay in heart of Almaty's old town. Authentic vibes.
Pros:

Amazing spa in basement, old post Soviet style vibes while being well maintained and very clean. It's a solid, no frills hotel that suited us far better than staying at some intl chain hotel. And the location could be better.

Cons:

Bathroom was super clean but the shower kept running hot and cold. Minor problem for 3-4 days stay.

Leggermente inferiore al rank che gli viene attributo
Pros:

La posizione praticamente in centro città e prossima ai tutte le attrazioni ed i ristoranti.
Molto elegante la spa con due piscine, sauna e steam bath.

Cons:

Avevo chiesto una camera al piano alto ed invece me ne è stata assegnata una al pian terreno in una specie di dependance che per essere raggiunta occorre passare attraverso coloro che sono in attesa dei trattamenti sanitari o di bellezza. Tra l'altro clienti non dell'hotel.
La camera era fredda perchè il sistema di condizionamento era impostato solo sulla funzione invernale. Molto gentilmente le cameriere lo hanno intuito e mi hanno portato una stufa elettrica dato che avevo tirato fuori dall'armadio la coperta supplementare.
Colazione basica.

One of the wort hotels I've stayed in.
Pros:

The hotel had lots of character, but I'm afraid that's where the good points end. The restaurant staff were efficient and friendly.

Cons:

Reception staff were poor and miserable. We had booked and agreed an early check in. Our early check in booking was lost and our room was not available. When we did get into our room it stank of cigarette smoke and for non-smokers was intolerable. We eventually got moved to another room that was slightly better.
Not a lot to recommend this hotel apart from it's location.

So nice I stayed twice! It was a great way to start and end my trip.
Pros:

This hotel is a gem! The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The pool is cool and refreshing, there is a delightful sauna and steam room. The spa had the best massages - ask for Inda. There is a piano in the lobby atrium that had really nice music.

The location is perfect, close enough to walk to all the sights, right across the street from a shady park with fountains and close to restaurants.

The hotel staff was kind and helpful - there was an issue with my room's fan and it was fixed right away. They also helped me find places to eat and a rooftop bar for sunset.

Cons:

The food at the restaurant is expensive and not great, eat somewhere else. There is a good breakfast across the street, so don't worry about paying extra for it here. Some rooms are a long walk from the elevator.

Nice and comfortable, though charges on the higher side , but worth the comfort level and cleanlines
Pros:

Excellent location, clean, spacious. I did not try the breakfast as i found it too expensive, lotgs of cafes and restaurants in walkable distance.

Cons:

Only negative point was the water kettle was not working , it was not fixed after requesting and finally the housekeeping staff connected it to the power oultlet on the floor. It would not work with the power oulet at table level.

Pros:

Отель -выше всяких похвал. Чисто, вежливый персонал, все в рабочем состоянии.
Спа и тренажерный зал очень хороши. Зал небольшой, но все работает исправно, все чистенько. Все необходимое есть.
Отдельно хочу отметить массажистку Соник - профессионал своего дела. Не в каждом отеле настолько хорошо делают массаж, а тут прям слов насколько хорошо. Я впечатлена.
