Cons:

Odaya girdigimizde yatakta uyuyan birileri vardi. Cikista parasini odedigimiz odalardan birinin numarasi yanlis girildigi icin yeniden para talep edildi. Tesepsiyon personeli cok ywgersiz.

Great stay with some areas to improve
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dennis was particularly professional and efficient with anticipating demand and dealing with unexpected situations.

Cons:

Rooms facing the main road were very noisy. The facilities function well but they are too out of date. For instance there’s no spare sockets for charging photos near the bed area and the toilet ventilation was not great.

- Персонал очень клиентоориентирован.
- В номере делали каждый день уборку, т.е. чисто.
- В ресторане завтрак очень вкусный.
- Сам отель расположен очень удобно.
