I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was very enjoyable. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mountain View Hotel in Almaty. The hotel is excellent, but what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service. A special thanks to Asyl—he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went out of his way to ensure a great stay.

нужно срочно поменять старорежимные фены в ванной комнате. И что-то сделать с ключами - карты размагничиваются, когда покидаешь отель более, чем на час. Также не стоит писать на карте от руки номер комнаты под предлогом, что гости часто его забывают - это сводит на нет систему безопасности.
