Nice hotel with friendly and proffesional team.
Safe neighborhood, good restaurant, strong wifi, excellent service!
Highly recommended!

Cons:

Unfortunately, the Hotel enforces Zero tolerance policy to the pets. The guests, who have pets, can not be accommodated with the hotel.

Some old world charm to this hotel but staff are hopeless
Pros:

The spacious room, the indoor pool

Cons:

The staff were hopeless. Bellboys stood around waiting for something to do but when there was something to do they didn’t do it.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

Staff were helpful and always on hand. Highly recommend the spa facilities, Thai massage was one of the best I have had, fantastic post skiing.

Cons:

Room 121 was too hot, with no ability to turn down the heating.

Amazing
Pros:

I had an amazing time at the hotel. All the staff were very polite and professional. The building, food, facilities, room and location are amazing and I will definitely come back to this hotel. Also special thanks to Denis that made sure I got what I needed. 100% recommended.

Voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

Zeer mooie lobby - uitstekend zwembad - perfecte Spa in het hotel.
Mattras/dekbed en hoofdkussen zeker in orde.

Cons:

Communicatie met personeel was zeer moeilijk, vooral in het restaurant. Hierdoor te veel misverstanden met als gevolg dat we dan maar buiten het hotel gaan eten zijn.
Veel problemen met de kamersleutels. Te vaak opnieuw naar de receptie moeten gaan omdat de sleutel (keycard) niet werkte.
