Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
Wonderful experience with impeccable service and attention to detail. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Close to many sights and shopping.
Complimentary breakfast included with our stay and so tasty. One of the best cappuccino I’ve had during our travels.
Room was comfortable and beautifully furnished.
10/10 place to stay in Central London !
A wonderful boutique hotel, friendly and highly professional staff from reception to door staff and f and b who really went above and beyond
A fab touch having the hotel car availed for short journeys.
Room very well appointed, superb shower and amenities and highly efficient housekeeping team.
Will definitely stay again when in London
Lovely hotel in a prime location. I have never had better service in London. From the concierge to the receptionist to the driver to the doorman to the butler to the housekeeping. Everyone was extremely attentive and really made my stay very welcoming. Thank you! Will be back time and time again.
I know that there are a lot of fantastic hotels in London, but for a cigar smoker is this the walhalla of hotels.
Not only that but you will not find another hotel with this much personal service.
That’s why The Wellesley hotel is and always will be my second home
Kind regards,Mr J.B Jorissen
The Wellesley has the very best service; the team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to assist you with anything. 3rd time staying mad it’s my go to hotelnin London, best location.
Amazing stay at a wonderful location. Managed to get suite upgrade which was one of the best rooms in London.
All the staff very attentive and go above and beyond.
I went to pick up my daughter from boarding school to bring home for Christmas

Beautiful rooms
Deeply Disappointed and Felt Completely Uncared For
My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. During my visit, my phone went missing, and what shocked me even more was the complete lack of concern from the staff. Instead of offering help, support, or even basic attention, I felt ignored and dismissed at every step.
I expected at least minimal assistance—some effort to look into the situation, check cameras, or guide me on what to do—but I received nothing. The indifference I experienced made an already stressful situation even worse.
Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Security and customer care should be priorities, and unfortunately, I experienced neither
This hotel is absolutely stunning.
Although I did not have the opportunity to stay as it is currently beyond my budget, I did make use of the bathroom facilities, which were immaculate. My eight-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the restroom, and the staff kindly allowed her to do so. I would especially like to thank the doorman for his warmth and courtesy, as well as the hotel for their hospitality.
I hope to have the chance to stay here in the future.
Great customer service

I was in the cogar lounge and the food it's horrible and this manager he see I didn't eat the food but he doesn't care about this and gr make me pay for something I didn't eat it and he wa svery rude with me this is make me feel so bad and im not happy about that
My wife and I have spent two days at Wellesley. The staff was very friendly, room was confortable and well equipped, hall and bars nice and efficient.
The hotel car is available to take you to places you wish to go if located nearby (1,5 miles away), special thanks to our driver Fred, a very nice and friendly guy from Philippines.
We stayed at this hotel while visiting London for the Rugby and it was a wonderful experience. The team who work there were so accommodating and friendly and we just had a fantastic time.
We stayed in one of the suites w park view for about a week, which was part of my birthday package.
On the day of check-in, I arrived some hours before my partner was supposed to be there. Unfortunately, I wasn’t allowed to check in until he was there as well — in manner that suggested that I was at the wrong address altogether. Throughout the stay, which can be considered impeccable if one disregards some ‘mishaps’, I avoided talking to any employee myself since I felt there were difficulties in dealing with me (first time I experienced racism being displayed this blatant in my life). One time, I had to wait for our driver in front of the hotel and got to chitchat w one of the doormen and was shocked of the ideology that spoke through their train of thoughts (Farage, Wilders and darker than that)
A few months later we wanted to enjoy their bar, which is only open to hotel guests…
Absolutely loved my experience at the Wellesley. Room was exquisite. The dining was excellent. Customer service was exceptional. My favorite of all was the cigar lounge experience. Absolutely 100%
I wanted to try this hotel as I had points to spend and wanted to try somewhere I wouldn’t usually stay. The welcome was warm and friendly. The room was immaculate, although the mattress could have been softer. I really appreciated the little touches such as the mouthwash, slippers, and bath salts. The shower was one of the best showers I’ve ever used. I also loved the included streaming service for movies as I often struggle to find something to watch on normal TV these days. With it being a smaller hotel, it had a lovely, quiet ambience and the service felt individual and personal. I would love to stay there again!
Spectacular boutique hotel. Staff is extremely attentive. Room was gorgeous. Fantastic location with easy access to shops, sites and underground.
