Goede locatie. Op loopafstand (15 minuten) van centrum en dicht bij meer.
Pros:

Centraal gelegen, parkeerplaats (betaald) is in deze stad een groot voordeel.

Cons:

Er is geen persoonlijk contact. Alles ging online goede uitleg, maar heeft ons nog wel wat tijd gekost alles te vinden.

Very happy with the communication and the location was great.
Pros:

Very clean apartment with a nice kitchen. The balcony overlooked a nice pedestrian area. There were shops and restaurants nearby. The lake was very close and great for walking.

Het is oké
Pros:

Supermarkt letterlijk aan overkant, paar cafés om de hoek- een park aan het meer- wel beetje aan het einde van de straat- dus stukje lopen

Cons:

Gezoom van een aircosysteem buiten aan overkant van het pand- gedateerde meubels- prijs kwaliteit komt niet overheen- voor die prijs kan je beter in hotel of Airbnb zitten- ontbijt is onduidelijk- als je vraagt aan de eigenaar van café doet hij vaag- vervolgens bij afrekenen blijkt er een andere menukaart te zijn

Excellent Accommodation , great location within Walking Distance to all major attractions
Pros:

When we arrived the Fridge didnt seem to cool enough. There was an issue with it. The Management helped every way possible to fix it and when they could not fix it they offered for us to change rooms to a unit closer in the city. This was considered an upgrade for us and no extra charge. They went above and beyond also taking us by car between the units and made sure we were settled in again. This company is extremely good to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble.
We asked for additional towels for the bathroom and kitchen and no issues at all. The cleaning was done every 2 days and was spotless.

Due to their policy, she could not refund one or more of the remaining three nights I had paid for.
Pros:

The host and the taxi driver she connected me with were great. She offered me another location the same night, which was a little less noisy and I appreciated the offer.

Cons:

I didn't like the location because it was right next to a major highway and an off-ramp so it was nearly constant and loud traffic and highway noise.

Pros:

Het appartement was schoon, fijne badkamer, werd tussendoor nog een keer opgeruimd + handdoeken ververst, dat was fijn. Het incheck-filmpje was heel duidelijk.

Cons:

Toen we aankwamen was het appartement nog niet schoongemaakt. Dus we moesten een uur wachten. De code van de deur deed het al voor de afgesproken tijd, dus dat voelde voor mij niet heel veilig (was hij wel aangepast?) Voor het zwembad moet je een flinke entreeprijs neerleggen, vind ik dus niet echt bij de faciliteiten horen. De wasmachine stond bij ons op een andere verdieping in een heel klein hokje en niet in ons appartement, dat was ook niet prettig. Toen we er wat van zeiden werd er ook heel naar op gereageerd en voelde ik me niet serieus genomen

Cons:

Das einzig Positive ist Ilaria, die den WhatsApp-Kontakt betreut. Sie ist wirklich bemüht, kann aber nichts dafür, dass hier vieles grundsätzlich nicht passt.

Außerdem wird die Unterkunft als 4-Sterne-Hotel dargestellt – das ist kaum nachvollziehbar.

Die Zimmer haben mit der Buchungsbestätigung wenig zu tun. Meins war deutlich kleiner — ca. 15 qm statt 20 qm (mit App gemessen). Der eigentliche Wohnraum beträgt nur etwa 8 qm, der Rest ist Balkon und Bad. Das Bett nimmt fast alles ein.

Es gibt überhaupt keine Sitzgelegenheit — keinen Stuhl, keinen Tisch. Man steht also z. B. beim Kaffeetrinken oder sitzt auf dem Bett.

Auch andere Dinge fehlen, obwohl sie ausdrücklich in der Buchungsbestätigung stehen (z. B. Kleiderständer, Bügelbrett usw.). Insgesamt sehr irreführend.

„Serviced Apartment“ ist eher ein Marketingbegriff — echten Service gibt es nicht.

Die Raumaufteilung ist unpraktisch und teilweise gefährlich (Stufen im kleinen Zimmer).

Lärm ist ein großes Problem: Angeblich schallisoliert, tatsächlich hört man alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Dazu Badlüftung wie ein Flugzeugtriebwerk, kaum Schalldämmung nach außen, Geräusche von Straße und Gästen — Tag und Nacht. Plus Partys nachts. Wenn man Pech hat, steht die zentrale Klimaanlage direkt auf dem Balkon und macht durchgehend extremen Lärm.

Klimaanlage laut und unangenehm, Dusche kaum brauchbar.

Das LED-Licht vom Fernseher ist so hell, dass es nachts nicht richtig dunkel wird — und man kann ihn nicht ausstecken.

Modriger Geruch aus den Schränken.

Reinigung etwa alle 2–3 Tage, Bettwäsche 1x pro Woche. Die Mülleimer sind viel zu klein und werden nicht täglich geleert — dadurch sammelt sich schnell Müll an.

Sicherheit: Beide Türen sind immer offen — jeder kann rein. Schließsystem unnötig kompliziert.

Kommunikation nur über WhatsApp (ab 9 Uhr).

Gemeinschaftsküche sehr spärlich ausgestattet — Ameisen auf der Arbeitsfläche.

Parkgebühren völlig überzogen.



Ich war schon öfter in Tirana.

Heel modern nieuwbouwappartement. Winkeltje, verschillende koffie en eetetablissementen dichtbij en vlakbij de wandeldijk v h prachtige meer.
In appartement gerieflijke badkamer, goeie grote zetel, tv met betaalzenders, ruime slpkamer en zalig boxspring bed. Klein terras.
Keuken ideaal voor een ontbijt zelf te maken, oven, microgolf,vaatwas,grote frigo, alles aanwezig...
Airco werkt perfect. Ingang met codes = easy
Via whats app voor alle vragen servicemedewerker via chat standby. Superhandig,mega vriendelijk en helpen direct!
Super ervaring. ZEKER meer dan zijn geld waard! ❤️❤️❤️
