Pros:

Modern, sauber, gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Familiensuperior-Zimmer gebucht, das laut Beschreibung ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten haben sollte. In Wirklichkeit handelte es sich jedoch um ein Doppelbett und zwei ausziehbare Betten, sodass unsere Tochter praktisch auf dem Boden schlafen musste.

Das Zimmer war kein Familienzimmer, sondern ein normales Doppelzimmer mit Zustellbett.

Wir waren enttäuscht, weil die Beschreibung auf der Homepage nicht der Realität entsprach.

Für ein Wochenende mit Sport ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Das gesamte Hotel macht einen neuen und sehr sauberen Eindruck. Für Sportinteressierte gibt es vielfältige Angebote.

Cons:

Leider war weder auf Booking.com noch auf der Hotelseite selbst ersichtlich, dass das Schwimmen derzeit nicht möglich ist, da der Pool nur von Enten genutzt werden durfte.

Nicht schlecht, aber nicht so um dort unbedingt nochmal zu buchen.
Pros:

Zimmer war sehr sauber.Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Essen beim „Hausitaliener“ war sehr gut.

Cons:

Der angepriesene beheizte Aussenpool war leider nur den Wildenten vorbehalten.
Von drei Saunen waren nur zwei in Betrieb.
Sehr befremdlich fanden wir dass in Sauna und den zugehörigen Ruheräumen Handys benutzt wurden.
Dies sollte für diese Örtlichkeiten strikt untersagt werden.
Eine Mail an die Geschäftsführung zu diesem Thema blieb bis heute unbeantwortet.Man sollte sich dort der Verantwortung gegenüber den Saunagästen bewusst sein.

Lage super, Personal freundlich, hauseigener „Italiener“ nicht nur für das Hotel-Frühstück empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage direkt vor den Toren Berlins und die modernen Zimmer

Cons:

Eigentlich alles Top. Die Tatsche, dass die Außen-Sauna wohl schon länger defekt ist, kann man ggf. erwähnen. Dafür aber keinen Punktabzug, da die restlichen Saunen tadellos waren.

Cons:

Tím, že se jedná o sportovní hotel, bylo by super kdyby tam byla větší variabilita sportů. Chybělo mi hřiště na basketbal, stačilo by i jeden mobilní koš v jedné z hal. Všechny haly jsou na tenis/badminton, ale nikde si nezahrajete basketbal či fotbal.
