מלון שתרצו לחזור אליו שוב ושוב
Pros:

צוות המלון עושה מאמץ גדול לתת שירות מצויין, לענות לכל בקשה ולתת תחושה טובה.
ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת, מגוונת ויש רגישות ומענה לאלרגיות כגון צליאק.
החדרים מרווחים ומעוצבים לפי נושאים, החדר שקיבלנו חדר מרקש, היה מקסים, נח ונקי מאד. המקלחת מרווחת ובה מוצרי טיפוח ברמה גבוהה מאד עם ריח נהדר: שמפו, סבון גוף, קונדישנר, קרם גוף.
בהגעה למלון הציעו לנו מגוון משקאות, ביקשנו קפוצ'ינו, הקפה היה מצויין.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien positionné pour visiter la ville à pied. Très fonctionnel, avec une décoration originale. Excellent accueil. Le personnel est charmant et plein d’attention (cookies et bouteilles d’eau pour la route, corbeille de fruits dans le hall, météo du jour devant la porte dans un petit vase…). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié

Pros:

We really loved our staying at this hotel. The room (Havana) was spacious and well equipped. We were traveling with small baby and the hotel perfectly accommodated us. It surprised us that we could choose beforehand a pillow type or scent of cosmetics.
Breakfast was delicious (the French toasts were exceptional). The stuff was great. The receptionists were friendly and polite. The lady serving breakfast was doing great job - I was impressed by her work efficiency and politeness.
