Toller entspannter Urlaub
Pros:

Das Hotel empfanden wir als sehr gut,
Unser Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, das Buffet wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt, es war alles schön angerichtet und das Personal war ausgesprichen nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr gute Lage zum See und Badestrand, zur Promenade und zur Stadt (ca. 30 min zu Fuß).
Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.
Die Klimaanlage hat uns im Juni 2026 gute Dienste geleistet und hat das Zimmer wunderbar gekühlt.
Bei den Betten waren wir erst skeptisch, da sie sich weich anfühlen. ABER: wir haben sehr gut schlafen können und so weich waren sie denn doch nicht.

Das Bad ist geräumig, Duschbad, shampoo, Handtücher, Fön in guter Qualität vorhanden.
Besonders toll und entspannend fanden wir den Garten mit Liegewiesen und Liegestühlen, hier haben wir das ein oder andere Mal mit einem kühlen Getränk von der Bar die Zeit vergessen.

Das Restaurant ist Spitze, alles hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, war sehr schön angerichtet, wir können es nur empfehlen. Auch die Bedienung vom Restaurant sehr nett, spricht auch englisch und teilweise sogar deutsch.
Alternativ gabs etliche Food-Trucks und auch einige Restaurants entlang der Promenade bis zu einem anderen großen Hotel.

Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und entspannte Zeit in Olsztyn und Umgebung und im Hotel. Empfehlung von uns.

Cons:

Am Hinterausgang, der auch in den Garten führt, war direkt ein Aschenbecher an der Treppe plaziert. Darüber sind dann die Fenster einiger Zimmer. Dies empfanden wir teils als etwas unangenehm, da wir teils auch das Fenster abends geöffnet hatten zum Lüften. Vielleicht lässt sich für den Aschenbecher ein besserer Ort finden.

In unserem Zimmer war leider im Bad die Belüftungsanlage defekt. Wir hatten es aber nicht reklamiert und uns mit dem Öffnen der Badtür und des Zimmerfensters beholfen.

Staff was great! Take a long walk along the lake!
Pros:

Staff was very helpful! They helped me with an medical and issue, made maximum effort. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast very good and tasty. Location of the property was excellent, walking along lake.

Cons:

Coffe could be better. Take into consideration that if you stay on the parking lot side, it could be loud due to heavy traffic.

Warty uwagi obiekt.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Śniadanie serwowane o godziny 7:00 do 10:00. Przychodząc nawet chwilę przed końcem wyznaczonego czasu, bufet szwecki suto zastawiono, żadnych braków. Jedzenie bardzo dobre oraz spory wybór - każdy trafi na coś, na co ma ochotę. Pokój wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Czystość na wysokim poziomie. Bardzo miła obsługa. Bardzo fajny teren wokół, widok z pokoju na jezioro Kortowskie. Przejście na plaże miejską zajmuje chwilę. Widoki warte wszystkiego.

Cons:

Niestety w czasie pobytu w hotelu odbywała się impreza, oczywiście zostaliśmy o tym uprzedzeni, podczas rezerwacji pokoju również. Pokój dość dobrze wygłuszony, jednak dla osób wrażliwych na hałas może występować problem ze snem.
