“During my stay, I experienced extremely disturbing noise caused by a group of children, running, shouting, smamming doors, which lasted for approximately 4.5 hours.
I reported the issue twice at the reception, asking the staff to intervene. Despite this, no effective action was taken. At one point, the receptionist even told me to go ahead and call the police myself, which I find highly inappropriate and unprofessional.
Only after I directly warned the group’s trainers that I would involve the police if the situation was not resolved by 10 PM did they finally take the matter seriously and discipline the children.
What is most concerning is not only the excessive noise, but the complete lack of response and responsibility from the hotel staff. I have also sent two follow-up complaints after my stay and received no reply.
Given the circumstances, I believe it is reasonable to request partial compensation for the disturbance and the lack of appropriate response.
