Pros:

We've been staying here several times since 2015. We do love Hermitage, and the change in ownership has clearly been a benefit. Especially the restaurant – both the design and the food are superb now! The pool area is also very nice. The territory, rooms design, the personnel and the breakfasts are absolutely perfect!

Cons:

The bathrooms are in need of renovation. And family rooms clearly need more than just one bathroom. The new beach club could be more luxurious (more furniture, better restaurant, etc.). It was strange to find that the beach bags (they are very nice) are not free of charge, like in the most of 5 star hotels in the world.

Pros:

I already enjoyed the Hermitage last year. But what the new owners did and continue planing to do is amazing. The garden now is truly special and some of the events over the weekends in the early evening were thoughtfully curated and full of flair. Children and dogs are absolutely welcome.

But the staff is the real revelation. Many of the team are fantastic. Excellent to see Gennaio back to fulfil every wish. And Desi is exceptional.

La colazione è semplicemente unica e speciale il ragazzo napoletano al front Office una persona d’oro ho avuto un problema con la gomma della bicicletta e me l’ha risolto in tempo zero ho provato il ristorante la sera una grigliata spettacolare veramente un soggiorno unico

Heerlijk en komen zeker terug!
Pros:

Kamers mooi en goeie faciliteiten. Personeel heel vriendelijk en geweldig voor als je kinderen hebt.

Cons:

De rekening was erg onduidelijk en kon echt veel duidelijker en overzichtelijker wat het uitchecken onnodig lang maakten.

Pros:

Staff is exceptional, hotel is perfect for a family, it feels at home. The sand beach next to the pool is perfect,and the food is great! Can't wait to come back next year.
