Recommended, nice small hotel, clean and convenient.
Pros:

Hermitage hotel is a small well appointed hotel near the center of town. The Front Desk staff was very helpful, specially Sonia (I hope I am remember her name correctly) who went above and beyond with recommendations and help with transportation. The breakfast buffet was included and served in an area with indoor and outdoor seating. There is a variety of cold food and a few hot items to chose from. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you to the center of town and back to the hotel. The drivers were professional and the service is very convenient. The room was clean and spacious. Very nice toiletries are provided. The only minus for me is that the hotel is pet friendly, so the shuttle van is full of dog/cat hair, so if you are allergic this might be a problem... also the pet hair gets on your clothes after riding the van.

Good sleep quality, friendly staff, clean rooms. Not the perfect location
Pros:

Hotel's location is a bit far from everything, but it's a quiet place. Good quality bedding, we had a good sleep here. friendly staff, clean. Although being a 4 star hotel, they provide some 5-star services as turn down service, towels changed several times a day, etc. Hotel also has own vegetable garden, which is charming. There are children's playrooms both indoor and outdoor.

Cons:

You'll have to rent a bicycle, if staying here. Beach and downtown is not quite walking distance. Hotel's own bar and restaurant is probably not the top choice in Forte dei Marmi. The promoted Lido beach Club, which belongs to the same group, is for extra charge, so there is no actual benefit out of that.

Perfect.
Pros:

I (and my dog) loved this place. The beautiful garden, the kindest and most knowledgeable staff, the location, the big room. Nice other guests. Our true home for our vacation.

zwembad was niet schoon en zonnebedje zijn matig, je verwacht iets meer van een 4*S. Plus de mogelijkheid van smart TV. mis dan toch echt een netflix en chromecast mogelijkheid

Bardzo wydajna klimatyzacja w pokoju, pokój bardzo czysty choć mały. Super śniadania

Cons:

Personel ma bardzo luźny stosunek i podejście do gości, w hotelu o takim standardzie ciągłe lekceważenie gości jest niedopuszczalne.
Siłownia w tym hotelu to kpina (mała połowa z wybrakowanym, zniszczonym sprzętem), basen brudny, jacuzzi nie działa.

Trotz inkludiertem Frühstück, wurden „Sonderwünsche“ beim Frühstück wie Spiegelei, hart gekochte Eier, Omelette etc. gesondert berechnet: Spiegelei 8 Eur und die anderen Eierspeisen noch mehr. Das ist für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse nicht nachvollziehbar und nicht ok!

Fantastic (Repeated) Family Experience
Pros:

Well, we are returning for the tenth yer in a row: same hotel, same rooms. Two reasons: the grounds and the people. Staring with Gennaro as an all star concierge (he is the soul of the resort), and all the breakfast crew, and finishing with the room cleaning crew, come here (particularly with a family), and enjoy Forte without the noise! Needless to say, we are returning next summer, and hope for a revamp promised by the new owners.
