Pros:

Das Hotel ist eine richtige Wohfühloase.
Bei Ankunft erhält man eine kleine aber sehr ansprechende Broschüre mit den wichtigsten Informationen sowie Restaurant Empfehlungen in Lana und Umgebung.
Wir konnten uns über ein Upgrade in die Junior Suite freuen.
Die Ausstattung im Hotel allgemein aber auch in den Zimmern sehr modern und gemütlich.
Die Zimmer sind verhältnismässig gross.
Das Personal so freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Yoga Stunde ist ein Mal täglich inbegriffen und hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen die erste Stunde am frühen Morgen, denn es findet in einem Glashaus statt wo es Vormittags schon sehr warm wird.
Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgewogen, es besteht die Möglichkeit selber den Entsafter zu benutzen aber auch Eierspeisen und Getränke Al a Carte zu bestellen. Wir hatten auch das 4 Gänge Abendessen im Restaurant La Fucina und waren begeistert. Sowohl Preis-Leistung als auch alles andere war ansprechend.
Die Massage Behandlung war angenehm und die Behandlungsräume sehr ansprechend eingerichtet.
Wichtig zu Wissen: Das Hotel ist kein Adult Only Resort, am Pool kann es mit kleinen Kindern auch etwas lauter sein, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat.

Hätten wir in Vorfeld gewusst, dass das Hotel Schwarzschmied und so verzaubert, wären wir definitiv länger geblieben.

The property, pool and sauna were really nice and clean. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and professional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend a stay as the hotel as it is has not only beautiful surroundings but also the Junior suite room was sleek and comfortable.

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in tollem Hotel

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub im Hotel Schwarzschmied. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, wir hatten ein super Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool und die Weinberge und haben uns sofort richtig wohl gefühlt. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, insbesondere möchten wir hier die Damen und den Herrn an der Rezeption erwähnen.
Die Lage des Hotels war sowohl für Fahrrad- als auch Wanderausflüge ideal. Die hoteleigenen Fahrräder haben wir fast täglich genutzt und fanden auch dieses Angebot sehr positiv.

Very clean, great breakfast and wonderful service. I was in the annex and the rain shower was awesome. The only bad thing was there was no air conditioning and it was very hot and humid in the room.

Fantastisches Hotel mit liebenswürdigem Service und hervorragender Küche. Hier stimmt einfach alles, man kann sich bestens erholen, aber auch für Geschäftsreisende ist alles da. Unauffällig wird für den Gast gesorgt, so dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Besonders angenehm: Im ganzen Hotel gibt es Granderwasser, auch im Pool - keine trockene Haut mehr, kein Chlorgeruch!
