Sehr aufmerksam geführte kleine saubere Stadtpension.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war westwärts zur Seitenstrasse ausgerichtet und nachts daher ruhig. Mittels geschlossenen Rolläden und Fenstern tagsüber konnte die Stauhitze draussen gehalten werden, obwohl das Zimmer unter dem Dach gelegen war.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und vielfältig und alles frisch zubereitet. Wie ich, besuchten viele Hotelgäste den Kongress im Messegelände und daher sehr froh um das grosszügige Entgegenkommen, die Frühstückszeit um eine halbe Stunde am Samstag und Sonntag vorzuverlegen.

Toller Wasserspender mit gekühltem Wasser in dreierlei Form von still-mittel bis -Sprudelwasser zum kostenfreien Bezug im ersten Obergeschoss. Kleiner Kühlschrank und Kaffee-Teemaschine im Zimmer.

Tägliche gründliche Reinigung des Zimmers. Alle Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Kostenfreier Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.

Zu Fuss in knapp 10 Minuten beim Hauptbahnhof oder Schloss und an der Seepromenade.

Cons:

Wer in der Bewegung eingeschränkt ist, muss beachten, dass es keinen Lift hat.

Lovely hotel in a superb location. Just about 5 minutes walk to the beautiful lake and promenade.
Pros:

The staff were so nice and super helpful. I didn’t check when I booked if it had a lift but when I contacted the hotel before arrival I asked if it would be possible to have a lower room as I would find walking up 3 flights of stairs a challenge at my age. The hotel replied saying they were very sorry but they couldn’t move me as it was fully booked. When I arrived they told me they had moved me to a lower floor and there was a staff member ready to carry my case to my room. That was super nice of them 😊 The hotel is lovely and clean. I really can’t say much negative about it.

Cons:

If I had to say something negative it would be that there is no aircon, but I knew that before I arrived. There was a small but very powerful fan in my room which helped cool my room while I slept.
It would have been nice to have some hot breakfast items like scrambled eggs, but there was only cold food, again not a big problem at all.

Sehr zu empfehlen, freundlich, unkompliziert, Zimmer und Ausstattung sehr gut, alles da. Tolles Angebot mit dem Wasserspender, im Zimmer im Sommer auch Ventilator. Frühstücksbuffet ist wahnsinnig gut. Hervorragend an Auswahl und Qualität. 5 Sterne. Kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage perfekt, Parkplatz auch vorhanden, fußläufig im Fredrichshafen alles erreichbar

Pros:

Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Chefin hat unsere Fahrräder in ihrer Garage abstellen lassen. Auch mit dem aufladen der Akkus war sie uns behilflich.
Getränke wie Mineralwasser und Säfte waren umsonst, was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das hat uns sehr geholfen, bei Temperaturen von 34°C
Frühstück war extra. Aber es war das Geld wert.
