Wir waren für eine Nacht für einen Konzertbesuch in der nur 50m entfernten Inselpark-Arena im Hotel. Es war prima! Die Angestellten sind supernett, die Zimmer klein, hübsch und sehr sauber. Frühstück gibt's im angeschlossenen Restaurant für (günstige) 18.50€, war ebenfalls gut.
Tipp: Das Hotel hat zwar keinen eigenen Parkplatz, aber im gleichen Gebäude gibt es ein Parkhaus (i-Park) wo man für 14€ 24 Stunden parken kann. Abrechnung kann auch über die Rezeption erfolgen

Sehr gemütlich mit tollem Konzept...
Pros:

Das Hotel lag unmittelbar neben der Inselpark Arena, in der "mein" Konzert stattfand. Es ist hell und freundlich, schon wenn man die Lobby betritt. Das Personal professionell und freundlich. Es wurde mir alles ausführlich erklärt, sodass keine Fragen offen blieben. Frühstück gabs von 07-11 Uhr, was ich für angemessen halte. Das Doppelzimmer, fast komplett mit Holz verkleidet, war sehr groß und hell, das Bad mit Dusche sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Kein(e) hotelleigene(r) Parkplatz/Tiefgarage. Öffentlich nutzbarer Parkplatt unmittelbar hinter dem Hotel für 12,-€/24h.

Die Nähe zum Veranstaltungsort.

Am Anreise Tag wurden wir freundlich begrüßt, das war's dann aber auch schon mit der Freundlichkeit des Personals.
Am Abreise Tag kein "Guten Morgen", keine Nachfrage wie uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat, oder ob alles gut war. Nichts.
Den Parkplatz muss man selbst zahlen.
Zimmer war nachts kalt, Heizung konnte man auch nicht anschalten. Sie war komplett ausgeschaltet.
Im Waschbecken stand die ganze Zeit Wasser, da es nur sehr minimal ablief.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Zum Schlafen bei einer Veranstaltung im Inselpark ok, aber eben viel zu überteuert.
Das nutzen die Betreiber Definitiv aus.

Das Frühstück war furchtbar, die Mini Schwarzbrotbrötchen waren so hart damit könnte man einen Nagel in die Wand hauen. Dann waren nur noch große weiße billige Brötchen zur Auswahl.
Wurst und käse lag dort ungekühlt.
Die gesamte Auswahl des Frühstücks rechtfertigt absolut nicht den Preis. Reinste Abzocke.
Die Milchglasflasche hatte schon einen gelben Milchrand am inneren Flaschenhals
Der Filterkaffe war extrem ungenießbar, der war sehr bitter
Milch bekam man dazu vllt 5 cl.
Die abgestandene Milch wollten wir nicht nehmen.
Personal hat selten gesprochen, kein "Guten Morgen", keine Nachfrage ob alles OK sei.

Hamburg hat weit aus bessere Hotels.
Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wenn man ein Hotel mit essen möchte.
