Mindenkinek ajánlom! Nagyon szép tiszta, rendkívüli a reggeli, minden hibátlan! Nem nagy a wellneszrész de tökéletes!

The room was stincky as if no one has cleaned it for ages. We complained and a cleaning lady came. But it didn't help. It took one full day for the smell to disappear. Moreover, the furnitures were dirty and broken. How can a hotel offer such a room? And how come they didn't immediately send us for another hotel if they couldn't offer another room? Very very disappointing and very surprised that this hotel is rated very highly.

All was great. Would be good if the sauna is open in the morning as well.

Hotel zlokalizowany poza centrum, ale niedaleko znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, w okolicy są tez sklepy. Pokoje w porządku, ręczniki wymieniane na prośbę, brak dokładania przyborów kosmetycznych oraz wody podczas pobytu. Śniadania smaczne, różnorodny wybór. W hotelu znajduje się przestrzeń dla dzieci. Parking - przestrzenny, ale dojazd do hotelu tylko dla osób o mocnych nerwach lub mocnym zawieszeniu - dziura na dziurze, nie ma właściwie porządnej drogi.

Reggeli bőséges, tiszta szoba, wifi nem működik, az ágy keskeny, nagyon puha matraccal.

Sauberes Hotel am Rande von Zakopane in ruhiger Umgebung mit großem weitläufigen Wiesengrundstück. Zufahrts-Stichstrasse in katastrophalem Zustand (schmaler Feldweg mit großen Schlaglöchern! Sehr kleines Zimmer, allerdings mit Balkon. P direkt vor dem Hotel. Frühstück überschaubar, Restaurant war für uns nicht in Betrieb, da Busgesellschaft, jedoch genügend Alternativen in der weiteren Umgebung.

Hotel z pięknym widokiem na góry. Wystrój pokoju wspaniały skromny ale bardzo urokliwy, poprostu idealne miejsce nie tylko dla osób podróżujących we dwoje, ale również dla pobytu biznesowego ze wzgledu na spokój i cisze w okolicy. Rodziny z dziećmi również znajdą tu wytchnienie hotel posiada wspaniała sale zabaw dla dzieci i wielki ogród do szaleństwa dla najmłodszych. Z sali restauracyjnej rozpozciera się piekny widok na otaczajace Nas do okoła góry, śniadania przepyszne i urozmaicane menu. Doskonale zlokalizowane 35 minut na piechote do centrum drogą glówna lub jakies 15-20 przez trase widokowa pobliskimi pagórkami. Dosłownie 3 min od hotelu znajduje się sklep czynny do 23 a tuż obok przystanek z którego dojedziemy do centrum za 3 zl w okolo 7-10 minut. Bardzo bardzo polecam. Napewno nie raz tu wrócimy. Podziękowanie dla całego personelu i właścicieli za dbanie o gości i umilanie pobytu ;) pozdrawiam Jakub .

Wszystko prawie ok, ale w restauracji klejąca podłoga i brudne naczynia ( najbardziej kubki do kawy/herbaty)- niedomyte.
Udostępniono Nam pokój nieposprzątany po poprzednich gościach. Słaby przepływ informacji pomiędzy personelem.
Wierzę, że to jedyny taki incydent.

Szuper szállás, már harmadjára szállunk meg itt. Külön tetszett a gyerekek részére kialakított játszószoba, a 2,5 éves kisfiam imádta.

Perfect and cozy hotel for an unbelievably good price. Breakfast was superb, bar prices at really nice. The hotel located approx 35 min walking from the city center. Would go again.

Beautiful house. Really worth to go! Breakfast is tasty. People helpful and kind.
Only pitty thing is that you don't get a new water bottle in the room with the room service.

super miejsce. Duzy , bezpłatny parking. Szybkie i sprawne zameldowanie. Pokój ładnie i gustownie urządzony. Wygodne łożko, przyjemna pościel. Łazienka czysta z dużym prysznicem. Pyszne śniadanie

Upon arriving at the Hotel we were very surprised by the lack of welcome we received, we didn't expect much, a "Hello and welcome" probably. Instead we had to ask if we cld check in.

The receptionnist offered no useful information, we had to ask a lot of questions. We asked if there was somewhere we could eat and she said "no" (despite their website clearly stating they had a "Restaurant"). We later discovered that the Hotel only does food if you book a half board acccomodation but you can request a meal on an ad-hoc basis.

We felt very excluded from this Hotel,one evening they had arranged entertainment, but had made no effort to invite us and had closed the door to the Dining area.

On our last morning for Breakfast, all but 3 of the tables had been reserved for new guests.

The Hotel had no atmosphere, no friendly faces and we were left a little bit confused by it all.

Not a place I would go back to or recommend.
