Pros:

L'espace pour dormir à 4 était tout à fait correct car nous avions pris un espace 5 personnes. Le petit coin kitchenette était un plus même si nous ne nous en sommes pas servis.

Cons:

Les sanitaires ( douche-baignoire et wc) sont vraiment exigus, peu de place pour se retourner en sortant de la douche et mériteraient un peu de rénovation.
Les serviettes de bain ne sont pas de très bonne qualité.
Par rapport aux hôtels où nous sommes allés à Tokyo, le quartier ne nous a pas tellement plu.

was not comfortable at all but at least the TV was huge
Pros:

toilet had a funny smell and shower was kit clean , drainage was awful sheeting in water not draining .. bathroom toilet in one it was super tiny i could not handle it nor could my kids

futon and bed doesn’t look like it’s been changed
