Our 2 bedroom suite was great. Loved having the kitchen. The hot breakfast was nice to have. Staff were very friendly. Overall a great place to stay.
A child pulled the fire alarm, causing our pet some distress from the loud alarms and necessitating an evacuation from the building. Not ideal, but not the fault of the hotel or staff.
Location was good
Sidewalks out back were not cleat of snow and ice, under the front canopy built up ice hump to drive over. They need to update furniture in the rooms and clean up rooms , o stopper plunger in bathroom sink
The location was great. The room was clean. The staff were courteous. The suite worked great for the 4 of us with two bedrooms each having their own bathroom. The price was reasonable.
The furniture in the living room/kitchen of the suite was badly worn. There were lightbulbs missing over the kitchen counter and by the bed.
We went to the hot tub right after check in and the pool area was a bit messy with used towels and items left behind by other guests. We were the only ones in the pool area at the time.
We traveled with three couples and planned to use the pull-out sofa as an additional sleeping space. Unfortunately, when we opened it, we found multiple red stains on the mattress, which was unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. When we contacted the front desk to request a replacement or solution, we were told nothing could be done other than offering a refund.
After accepting the refund, we were preparing to leave for an event when staff knocked on our door and informed us that we needed to vacate immediately because the refund had been processed. The situation felt rushed and poorly handled, especially given the limited time we had before our event.
Additionally, there were no cleaning services or upper management available on a day when there was a large event happening nearby, which made it difficult to address concerns. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, support, and customer service was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.

We loved Staybridge Suites. Would definily stay again.
Do NOT stay here as their business practices are garbage. I stayed for a work trip and the trip was cut short due to circumstances with work. I prepaid and had to check out early. They refused to refund the nights I was unable to use and it cost me over $1,000 out of my pocket. The place is also highly overrated and the rooms at mid rate at very best and the breakfast is sub par.
One of my rooms wasn’t correct, the staff were great got us a room similar to what I wanted and had booked but I wish they had cots and the fridge and freezer were dirty
The hotel and its facilities is maintained very well.
