Overall stay is excellent. We have had enjoyed the milk bath massage very much.

Peralatan seperti kettle dan telephone tidak berfungsi. Memang segera diganti setelah saya komplain. Alangkah baiknya semua peralatan di cek sesbelum tamu check in.

Pros:

Good hotel with kind staff. I lost my cable charger during my stay, after a couple week ahead the hotel inform that there’re found. They delivered to my home, appreciated!

Excellent stay
Pros:

Nice place to stay in Cirebon. Service is very nice. Great food. Many food options during breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable. Special thanks to Mr Anif duty Manager for his assistance n support during our stay.

A fun family hotel in Cirebon
Pros:

We stayed here during the end-of-Ramadan holiday period and there were lots of families on holiday.
It's a good family resort hotel and conference centre but not really suited for us.
I do have to mention Nurin on the front desk who was incredibly helpful and she went out of her way several times to help us out - also Yusuf who picked us up and took us back to the train station was also very helpful.

Cons:

Our room was very noisy and you could hear people in the rooms above and next to us and outside in the corridor - it was very noisy.
