A fun family hotel in Cirebon
Pros:

We stayed here during the end-of-Ramadan holiday period and there were lots of families on holiday.
It's a good family resort hotel and conference centre but not really suited for us.
I do have to mention Nurin on the front desk who was incredibly helpful and she went out of her way several times to help us out - also Yusuf who picked us up and took us back to the train station was also very helpful.

Cons:

Our room was very noisy and you could hear people in the rooms above and next to us and outside in the corridor - it was very noisy.

Sehr große Poolanlage, Hotelbar, sehr gutes und sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.
Roomservice sehr gründlich.
Insgesamt weit überdurchschnittliche Freiteitangebote, besonders für Kinder.

Cons:

Keine Handbrause in der Dusche. Wg. Ramadan nach Sonnenuntergang Menschenmassen am Buffet. In Hotelnähe befindet sich nichts Interessantes, was fußläufig zu erreichen wäre.

I will return here to the Aston-Cirebon on my next visit here (in about 2-3 weeks from now).
Pros:

Extremely warm and friendly staff, at check-in, for room service, and at your wonderful breakfast buffet. 👍🏻

Cons:

My suite room, while very comfortable… had a “musty odor” coming from the air-con units. I think a simple servicing of the air-con units would correct the musty odor.

the honesty and services are amazing
Pros:

Aston Cirebon has always been my choice to stay here everytime I went to Cirebon.

The room, restaurant and other facilities are excellent and clean.
Outdoor activity has always been fun.
Staffs are nice and kind.

Really appreciate the excellent assist from Dina, Femy, Ali, and Wawan when I left my belonging (my son's bracelet) which I just noticed 5 days after checked out.
Turns out the bracelet is found in lobby area and it has been kept nicely by the staffs.
They packed it carefully and sent the bracelet to me in Jakarta.
Thankyou for the honesty and excellent services.
