Cons:

Front doors were not working, and the walls were very dirty in the room. You could see stains all over. Our curtains were completely ripped apart. I had to use a hairclip to close

Disappointing and disgusted
Pros:

Did not try the breakfast; location was fine

Cons:

The water pressure was bad; I called the front desk at least four (4) times to inform them that water was barely trickling out, we couldn't flush the toilet; phone was not working so we communicated via my cell phone; the water would not drain at all, took too long to drain and the faucet handles need some attention; the window plastic covers have very large holes in them; the chair against the wall was disgusting and dust was evident; tissue box was literally empty, I stopped the cleaning lady to inform her that we need a box of tissue. It was our first stay and will definitely be our last.

I will defintely stay here again in the future
Pros:

My gf and arrived late around 8pm and valerie went checked us in to our room. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and even accomadated us since a big pool tournament was going on while we were staying their. She put us in an end room on the 3rd floor and it was super quiet. I really hope someone in corporate sees this because she is an outstanding employee and awesome person.

It was ok but they ran out of several things if you went after 9am

Cons:

No elevator working. Couldn't get a room on 1st floor because we made reservations thru booking.com. when we pulled back bed clothing the sheets were either dirty or stained. Also entrance light would not turn off so we had to put a towel over it so we could sleep.

Pros:

The morning staff were friendly and accommodating. The woman that ran the pantry was excellent. The breakfast had a good assortment with eggs and sausage available. The room seemed clean enough.

Cons:

The front desk clerk there upon my arrival was indifferent towards me. The hotel is old and needs updating. The bathrroom in particular.

Pros:

We got a room for 6 and had 5, couldnt even sleep 4. 1 bed and a pull out sofa with no bedding available. So for $211 we got no pillows or sheets just 2 blankets to wrap in. Had to put one of our kids on the floor to sleep. Curtains are ripped so we had to rig it so the sun didnt come in on us.

Pros:

We had room 302. It was a king bed with a living room. A bathroom between the foyer and bedroom. The traffic was so loud. I used the couch to try and sleep. That couch needs replacing. There is toothpaste spats between the mirror on facet. The tub wouldn't turn off completely. There were spots on the bottom of the tub that can come off with the proper scubber & cleaner. I used a Lysol Dual wipe and it loosed it up some. There is zero insulation in the walls and windows for rooms and that end. Staff was friendly and breakfast was normal.

Bed linens were terrible! Beaded up sheets and pillow cases. Found roaches in room. Housekeeping didn’t clean room each day (make beds, empty trash).
Breakfast was good and front desk staff was friendly.
