Awesome hotel in an awesome location
Pros:

A great hotel within easy access to multiple subway lines. The quiet yet central location is perfect for a longer stay in Tokyo. The hotel itself is comfy, clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty and the in-house onsen was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend staying here!!

こちらの手違いで予約を1名で申し込んだのにも関わらず、直ぐに対応して頂きました。
又…外出する際も、交通機関、飲食店等のアドバイス…スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしいと思いました。チェックアウトのお見送りも♡

Cons:

サウナの温度がとても低くて、入れなかったと主人が言ってました。
夫婦共、サウナ好きなので主人は残念だったとのこと…
