Pros:

Déco sympa de notre bien venue pour notre fiançaille.

Lage und zwei sehr nette Personal Angestellte, Rezeption und Bar Frühstücks-Dame etwas älter. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit über die gesamte Zeit.

Cons:

Die Köchin die an einem Samstag zu faul war für uns zum Steak Pommes zum zubereiten war wir Reis essen mussten. Sie uns über große Scheibe nur frech anlachte. Absolutes no go. Gärtner der Geld erzwingt indem er ins Hotel geht und sagt er wäre morgen nicht da als wir abreisten, er aber vorher uns 2 Kokosnüsse mit Strohhalm auf unseren Platz hinstellte die wir nicht bestellten. Max. 5 Gäste in der Anlage und zwingen dich so Geld zu bezahlen. Speisekarte kannst vergessen und die 5 Pommes die geliefert wurden auch. Das Steak war halb geschnitten die eine Hälfte aß womöglich das Personal in der Küche. Eine junge Barmitarbeiterin behandelte meine malagassische Ehefrau hochnäsig arrogant mit hackiken Worten. Wurde in Hotelfragebogen erwähnt und mit Hotel Rezeptionsdame besprochen. Toilette mit schon gelb schwarz abgeriebener Klobrille, Fliesen abgebrochen. Stinkender fauler Duschwasser Ablauf. Gardinenstange herunter gefallen. Halterungen waren heraus gebrochen als wir ankamen. Deren Werbebild verspricht eine funktionierende Anlage...intuitiv.

Great view spoiled by poor quality amenities

The view is great. Sunset on the beach!!!

Exceptional
Pros:

I'm really surprised why this hotel has a low review. The room is big, the hot water comes in seconds. They cleanes my room every day. The staff are so nice and friendly. The food is very good. It is not very far from the city center, I walked from there tot the center many times.

Cons:

They need to work with the Wifi problem.

Very relaxed place in paradise
Pros:

Beautiful location. Really beautiful location! Its not 3/4 star hotel but if you dont care about everything beeing perfect its a very good hotel to stay! Hotel is clean, good food, nice bar with a lot of options. Pool is cleaned very regular, rooms are kept clean and have a good working and very silent airconditioning. Rooms are spacious and have own balcony. Staff is superhelpfull.

Cons:

If i have to mention something negative. The hotel has its mileage. Tiles are bit worn that sort of stuff. They keep everything clean and there is maintenance but there is wear and tear. Again if you dont care about everything perfect its not a problem at all

Disappointing.
Pros:

Air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, beautiful location, well maintained garden. Cold drinks at the bar. Location easy enough to get between town and Bora for diving.

Cons:

Food service took a rediculous amount of time for food that was decent, but not fabulous. Pool was not clean even though there were clearly enough clients staying at the hotel. Rooms were infested with bugs, including centipedes. Staff was friendly but didnt make any efforts more than required. Drinks were alright. Overall a disappointing experience.
