Perfect stay for Holi in Varanasi
Pros:

The owners of the guesthouse were incredibly friendly and welcomed us with food and beer on our first day. We immediately felt at home. Since we were there during Holi, Naveen and Krishna organized a lovely celebration on the rooftop terrace. And because we were women, Naveen even accompanied us to the Holi festivities in the street. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return!

Terrible rooms, dirty and stained toilets, room floors so dirty, room smelled like cigarettes!!! Pan was ate and spat on the walls🤢the worst we the toilets honestly.

I can say this hotel is not worth for money.
Pros:

Rooms are not clean and too must poor maintenance. I never seen such a worst hotel in my life time. I can say this hotel is not worth for money. Poor breakfast and house keeping.

Avoid this place!! Terrible service, Worse hygiene
Pros:

Only good thing about this stay was their food was of good quality and tasty. We ordered dinner twice during our 3 nights stay with them and morning tea-coffee on the check out day.

Cons:

I would not suggest anyone to book this property. It is just a disappointment. We faced many issues from check-in to check-out. The reception staff lack professionalism and don't know how to talk to guests. The property is not maintained or cleaned properly. We were offered a room without cleaning and there was dust everywhere. The washroom was stinky and we had to ask for cleaning service right after checking in. The commode was broken and they were least bothered about it. We complained about it since check-in and asked for a room change several times but it wasn't acknowledged. It was unbearable to use the bathroom.

We had work the first 2 days of our stay and were out the whole day but on the last day, we stayed in. We asked for a room change but instead, we got an arrogant response from the reception staff that the property is sold out. Unfortunately, we had to stay in the same room. Later, we found out from other staff that there were rooms available and the issue with the washroom had been there for long. It seems the hotel doesn't want to do anything about it.

There was no water bottle provided in the room on any day. When we asked for water, we were charged ₹38 for a 1L bottle. Upon asking, they said they don't provide water bottles. What kind of service is this? Paid approx. 15k to have worst stay experience !!
