Sugiro q o hóspede possa retirar sua toalha de banho no próprio andar da piscina e não na recepção. Pois eu pensava q poderia ser retirado por lá pela lógica...

Superou as expectativas!
Pros:

Tudo estava ótimo. O time do hotel foi super atenciosos e fizeram uma surpresa para minha esposa, que faria aniversário 1 dia depois de nosso check-out. Mesmo assim, fomos recebidos com um bolo de chocolate e uma linda msg de aniversário. Obrigado! Foi muito especial e ela adorou!!!

Dias incríveis em Maceió com ótima estadia!
Pros:

A ótima infraestrutura do hotel é o ponto alto, com o quarto muito confortável e a área da piscina muito linda. A recepção e os demais colaboradores prestam um ótimo atendimento. Além disso, o hotel tem ótima localização, estando perto da Roda Maceió, de praças e restaurantes ótimos e diversos.

Estadias perfeitas.
Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, disponibilizaram um berço e banheira para a nossa bebê. Café da manhã incrível, com muitas opções. A visão da piscina no terraço é fantástica. Nossa filha adorou a brinquedoteca.

Cons:

A única sugestão que faço é em relação à Copa Baby. Seria interessante disponibilizar um fogão ou algum equipamento adequado para que os pais possam preparar uma comida ou refeição para os bebês. Isso tornaria o espaço ainda mais completo e confortável para as famílias.
