Genial para disfrutar en familia.
Pros:

El desayuno muy abundante, variado y rico. La ubicación excelente. Las instalaciones también muy buenas. El personal muy amable. La pileta de la terraza un lujo y unas vistas muy lindas. En resumen muy bueno el hotel en todos los sentidos. 100% recomendable!

Cons:

Para desayunar los fines de semana se llenaba de gente y habia que hacer fila para poder ingresar. Y otra cosa a observar es que en nuestra habitación 117 al abrir las ventanas entraba olor de la comida de la cocina que estaba abajo, pero nada grave.

Ir a Maceió é muito bom.
Pros:

Hotel muito bom,já me hospedei anteriormente,café da manhã bem diversificado,quarto confortável(embora estivesse com uma obra ao lado). Ótima localização E atendimento da maioria da equipe é bom.

Cons:

Atrasos internos para o checking, cobrança de tarifa de turismo cobrada sem autorização, só visualizamos após o pagamento. Colocaram como tarifa na conta do checkout como tarifa obrigatória, quando na verdade deveria ser facultativa.Absurdo e desnecessário.

DO NOT STAY THERE. UNCLEAN, false advertisement.

It looked great on pictures but when we were there was very different.

Cons:

We paid over 1000 reais per night in this hotel, which was meant to be a 4/5 star hotel, and we were extremely disappointed by the unclean and rusty condition of the room. It did not match the description nor the photos we saw online, the decoration was very old and the furniture in a bad condition, but the main issue for us was health and safety. Nobody should be such a considerable amount of money -4220 reais to stay in a place with no regard for cleanliness and let alone health and safety.
Due to this we left, as the only solution they provided was another room (exactly the same room in the lower floor) but in an even more rusty condition, which smelled like mold from the moment we walked in. They then said we would have to wait till the supervisor is in the next day. We did not feel comfortable sleeping in a hotel room like.
Not to mention this has had a severe impact on the overall trip, leaving us stressed and having to spend a lot of money to book something last minute as an emergency. We can also provide booking details of that for reference.
