Me gustó mucho la atención, todos haciendo lo posible para que estés cómodo, donde está situado el hotel tuvimos la suerte de presenciar el inicio del carnaval justo al frente del hotel, todo muy cerca y bonito.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, na praia de Pajuçara, próxima a diversos restaurantes e pontos turísticos, o que facilita muito os passeios e torna a experiência ainda mais agradável.

Um dos grandes destaques é a piscina no rooftop, que proporciona uma vista incrível de toda a orla — perfeita para relaxar e apreciar o visual. O quarto é bem amplo, com janelas grandes que garantem ótima iluminação natural e uma sensação de conforto. O único ponto que poderia melhorar é o tamanho do banheiro, que é um pouco reduzido.

O café da manhã e a cozinha são bastante satisfatórios e atendem muito bem às expectativas. No geral, é uma excelente opção e considero que oferece um ótimo custo-benefício. Recomendo a estadia.

Chegamos antes do check-in. Entendo que o check-in é às 14h, porém, depois de mais de 2h de espera, chega outro hóspede às 13h30 e já foi feito atendimento, entregando a chave. Achei um absurdo estar ali aguardando e chegar uma família que, com certeza, comprou hospedagem com valor acima e foi atendida rapidamente.
Quando fui buscar explicações, a atendente disse algo surreal: que nosso quarto não estava pronto. Quando realizamos a reserva, o quarto já é destinado. Que absurdo de logística. Ainda disse: “vocês vão ganhar upgrade”, tipo assim: “o que vocês estão querendo mais?”. Que falta de respeito mesmo. Só queria ter sido respeitada; quanto ao upgrade, não fez diferença, até pela forma como foi colocado.
Falta de respeito e empatia com o cliente, não sabe nem falar. Treinamento seria bom. Queria cancelar no momento, ainda respondeu, de forma irônica, que podia. Iria cancelar, só não fiz pelo meu esposo, mas contra gosto.
Os demais funcionários não tenho o que falar: super simpáticos, educados e atenciosos. Foi algo pontual; realizar um treinamento com a funcionária seria de bom tom

Pros:

Apesar de ser um hotel movimentado, o atendimento é muito prestativo e sempre de forma sorridente e simpática. O café da manhã é muito bom, bem diversificado. O espaço do 10º andar com piscina também é bastante agradável.

Cons:

Não gostei do restaurante para o jantar. As opções não são muito convidativas. Melhor utilizar-se dos vários restaurantes existentes ao redor do hotel.
