Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms.
We had a wonderful 3-night stay and really enjoyed our time in Collingwood. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, but what truly made our experience special was Mariya at the Front Desk. From the moment we checked in, she was incredibly warm, professional and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel like valued guests rather than simply another reservation.
Mariya’s friendly personality and attention to guests really stood out. It is easy to see why other guests have also recognized her for going above and beyond. People like Mariya are what turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. Please make sure our compliments are passed along to her and to hotel management.
Because the smell in the room its not bearable and second is there is no ventilation system properly , too much humidity and the smell due to the humidity is killing you . They have to modify their system
Room was very comfortable - could use some soundproofing but over all was totally fine. Everything was clean and tidy. Hotel is a reasonable distance to most attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Patio furnishings could be a little more thoughtful - eg, include a side table. noise from adjoining rooms was audible but not unbearable - just a touch annoying.

The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. There were some complimentary toiletries and a Restaurant on site. Limited menu and a bit pricey but the service was excellent. Good location. Close to shopping and Blue Mountain Village.
The hotel was under some renovation which was ok. There was a conference going on there and it was very noisy in the lobby every night and lots of kids running around the hallway even late at night. BEWARE...upon checkout we were charged for 3 in room movies which we DID NOT watch and I am still waiting for a refund!
Great location. Nice indoor & outdoor pools. Outdoor seating always enjoyable.
Rooms a bit outdated, small washroom. Restaraunt pricey except for breakfast. Including breakie with stay will draw more hotel bookings.

The staff was excellent
The hotel was under renovations. Areas around the hotel had buildings material on the ground including nails. It was a mess.
