Overall I like it and 100% will consider this this place next time I go to blue mountain
Pros:

Price is adequate
Beds are comfortable enough
Location is good considering the price
Breakfast 12-20 cad is ok, big choice of breakfast options

Cons:

The pool close at 10, ski lifts close at 9, so if you skiing till the end, you don’t have time to enjoy the pool
Very dry climate in a room

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and warm. Restaurant was good

Cons:

The shower tap in the pool area needs fixing. If you turned it right it was only very cold water. If you turned it left is was only very hot water. It needs a new regulator that will mix the hot and cold as required.

Entre Blue Mountain y Collingwood
Pros:

Las camas estaban muy cómodas, todo muy limpio.
La TV era de 55 pulgadas y smart tv, con aplicación lista para conectar a tu celular, lo que estuvo genial.
La señal de wifi estable y muy rápida.
La presión del agua y la temperatura del agua en el baño, muy bueno también.
El lobby tiene un hermoso piano de cola que puedes tocar si sabes usarlo.
La piscina limpia.
La recepcionista muy amable.
El check in y check out online anticipado fue excelente.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado falló en un momento, tuvimos que pedir que lo arregalaran. Finalmente vinieron a resetearlo, eso fue rápido.
La oferta de mi reserva decía que tendría un desayuno americano por una suma adicional, unos 10 dolares canadienses por persona. Lo que no se cumplió y lo que me ofrecieron una vez sentado en la mesa, fue un descuento del 10% en el total.
No tomamos esa opción ya que el desayuno era carisimo. Sentimos una trampa ahí.

I have never had cleaners not clean my room . shocked !
Pros:

Location was close to our planned activities in the area . Beds were comfortable and the shower had good water flow and strength .

Cons:

On our first day the weather was rainy . We had planned to have an afternoon out and did not want to be disturbed in the morning . Going to brunch in the hotel restaurant at noon . We changed our room from do not disturb to please clean room . Staff were still cleaning on our floor . The cleaners had taken a picture of the do not disturb sign and did not clean our room . We were shocked to see our room had not been made up when we returned in the evening . I spoke to staff about the situation and was given late check out till noon but I am still disappointed by the situation .

Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was convenient as well - just about a 7-minute drive from the village. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Cons:

Not something we disliked, but more of a suggestion - it would be great if room service were available. With a restaurant on site, this seems like something that could be relatively easy to implement and would be a nice added convenience for guests.
