Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was convenient as well - just about a 7-minute drive from the village. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Cons:

Not something we disliked, but more of a suggestion - it would be great if room service were available. With a restaurant on site, this seems like something that could be relatively easy to implement and would be a nice added convenience for guests.

Upon check in I was provided with room 216 - this should be the very last room sold.
The window has a film over it so you can't see out, making it claustrophobic.
There was no bottle water in the room, which was shared upon arrival, due to the water main being repaired.
I requsted a room change, the front desk attendant moved me one room over. Still not a very pleasant view looking at the rooftop.

We were provided a day's notice that the water main is going to be shut off, this is not a lot of time for adjusting room reservation. A discount should have been offered for the room.

Adult pool time would be appreciated.
Lots of kids with water toys and splashing made the pool less enjoyable. More seating at the pool

very clean, very friendly
enjoyed the pool

Cons:

one couple was near the stairs so quite a bit of late night arrivals stomping up stairs
one couple did not think the beds were comfortable
we know you just cannot please everyone
all in all they did enjoy the hotel

Home away from home
Pros:

My husband and I took our grandson there for a few days. He was so impressed with everything lol. He now calls it “the mansion” lol. He basically was in the pool the majority of the time He’s 6 and he loved that it has a shallow end. He loved the room, the balcony and breakfast at the restaurant lol. This was my third stay because I just love this hotel I l too love having a balcony over looking the pool. The front desk lady that checked us in was absolutely amazing and friendly. I’ll be back for sure. Hmmmmm guessing I should say we will be back for sure

Cons:

The only thing I don’t really like is no elevator That’s because I’m an overpacker lol so a few trips to the car and back lol It’s not that bad cause I always request the second floor pool view 🤪
