Pros:

We chose this stay as they mentioned Spa and wellness facilities .But apparently there was none.After email them few days prior the stay. No response was received and they acted like they did not receive any email. Breakfast option are not as good. Pool is so small and immediately crowded with few people. No elevator or help to carry luggage up stairs.My birthday weekend was nothing but ruined.

Cons:

Inconvenient and boring.No facilities as mentioned in details. Waste of money and spoiled my birthday

Great stay and value!
Pros:

The location was excellent and the food in the Gustav Chophouse was really good and an excellent value!

A little sprucing up would be good, especially in the restaurant, but great overall!

Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful...especially the gentleman working the desk on the later shift..I forget his name...

Cons:

We arrived around 2...yes we were early but felt $30 for 2 hours wasn't worth the money. 4:00 is a very late check in time...usually it's 3:00.

It was a fun stay my kids had a blast and very close to blue mountain which was a plus.
Pros:

The decor and cleanliness was wonderful. The staff were very pleasant

Cons:

Not having an elevator was definitely a con.. the beds were very hard, my back was sore both of the mornings after. And for the price should have coffee offered for the morning.
