Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. The hallways etc were quiet. The front desk staff were very helpful. The shower/bathroom was clean and some toiletries were provided. The room was nice and cool when we arrived.

Cons:

Some small things are in need of repair/replacement such as the coffee maker was (leaking when brewing coffee) and the rod in the closet is all rusty. It would be nice to have a continental breakfast included. More towels were needed in the bathroom.

We had a great stay with our 10 year old. Loved the pool.
Pros:

It's close enough to Blue Mountain Village and to nice restaurants in Collingwood. Great location overall..

Cons:

Our 10 year old was a bit disappointed that the outdoor pool wasn't deep enough but he had fun regardless.

Lovely quiet local to planned activities.

Cons:

There was no elevator. There was no mention of that when I booked 2 1/2 months ago. However, staff kindly assisted me with my luggage.

I did not know when booking that the section of the hotel where I was placed was still under construction, so the patio and doors to the patio weren’t functional.

The mattress was quite worn out with a hump in the middle. Not a 5 star mattress. Pillows were great.

Maria was excellent in advising me , she was easy to speak with . I prefer to speak to personal at the actual hotel instead of booking via apps . In this case it worked out well , and she gets full marks for my experience
