Location was really good, quiet at night but only a 10 minute walk into old town if you want a bit of atmosphere
The bar at the pool is pretty poor, doesn’t open until 2 and there isn’t much options, also the lady who works at it has really poor customer service.
Location , rooms and breakfast as really good.
Pool is a 3min walk from main building and sun loungers in front of hotel are not part of the hotel which means you have to pay. Well wotlrth it though
The location is perfect. Right on the beach and within walking distance of the old/new town. The views from the beach are stunning. Rooms are nice and big.
Check in at 4pm is crazy for the price you are paying. There was nobody on the front desk when we arrived. They only give you one bottle of water in your room even though we are two guests. We asked for more water at night they said they don't have water you have to go buy yourself. They also told me to refill the bottle from the tap in the bathroom but the glass bottle is too big to fit under the tap so you cannot do this. In a hot country and expensive hotel to deny water to guests is outrageous. I specifically asked for a quiet room away from street noise, lifts and cleaning storage rooms. Our room was facing the street and the windows are like paper so I did not get sleep any night with all the noise disturbance from outside and also our room was right beside lifts and cleaners storage which I specifically asked not to be. The breakfast ends at 10.15 not giving guests time to relax in the mornings. Wifi connection wasn't strong.

The only thing that was really great - is the location of the hotel. Personnel was nice. Daily basic room cleaning was ok.
beds/matrasses/pillows - uncomfortable. Sheets old. Old tired rooms that need upgrade.

Depois de um dia de trabalho faço 3h até Albufeira estava cansadissima e quando chego ao quarto que era suposto ser de classe superior com vista mar, não tinha água quente o ar condicionado não deitava frio o telefone direto a receção para poder reclamar não funcionava.
Pedi que queria ser recebida deste incomodo de uma noite péssima, descontaram 30 euros preço de sócio.
Não recomendo.
