Important information:

Somerset Vista Ho Chi Minh City offers airport shuttle (4-seater car or 16-seater van). Rates are:

- One way transfer is charged from VND 750,750 - Two ways transfer is charged from VND 1,300,000 Guests can choose to hire the shuttle for one-way or both ways.

A surcharge of 20% will be applied for the hours between 22:00 - 07:00.

Guests who wish to utilize the shuttle services are required to inform the property of your flight details and arrival time at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the property.

If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the property within 48 hours prior to your arrival:
1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

Zapłaciliśmy za większy apartament, a dostaliśmy inny w tej samej cenie
Pros:

Personel był bardzo miły, probowano zrekompensować nam zmianę apartamentu na mniejszy niż zamówiliśmy

Cons:

Brak ręczników dla wszystkich osób, które mieszkały. Poprosiliśmy o doniesienie ale rano przy sprzątaniu znowu zostały zabrane więc 2 osoby nie miały ręczników. Zaproponowano nam transport z lotniska do hotelu, potem jednak propozycja była nieaktualna. W innych hotelach w których byliśmy w Wietnamie był transport z i do hotelu gratis .Śniadania niby w cenie ale tak naprawdę tylko do kwoty 150k co praktycznie nic w tej kwocie się nie mieści np kawa i croissant. Jakikolwiek zestaw śniadaniowy plus napój to ponad 200k. Także nie do końca te śniadania w cenie. Bardzo głośno, klimatyzacja brudna więc nie włączaliśmy. W apartamencie bardzo duszno.

A good choice for 3-4 days if you dont wanna be in the center.
Pros:

We had a appartment, the room was really big and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The water of the pool was too cold.
The playground was old.
The pool/playground area is shared with the buildings surroundet and no drinks and food is allowed.
The hotel is locates in a quit neihgberhood, if you want to enjoy the center your to far away from it.

Pros:

The apartment was very spacious with two bathrooms, an office room, and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities.
The swimming pool was large, and there was also a tennis court and gym.
Housekeeping was done daily to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful, even delivering food orders to our room, and receptionist gave great personal recommendations on where to buy the best matcha. . We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches on arrival with flowers and alcohol-free sparkling wine

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the centre, and it was difficult to book a Grab or taxi early in the morning. Some of the gym equipment was also under maintenance.
