A localização é excelente.
Zonas exteriores pouco cuidadas.
Gostei muito da localização. O Hotel tem boas instalações e a piscina é muito boa.
A piscina poderia abrir mais cedo e ficar aberta até mais tarde, principalmente no verão. O Bar da piscina senti que como bar está muito limitado.
As camas eram confortáveis, o quarto era espaçoso e a estação de comboio de Santo Amaro ficava a cerca de 15 min a pé (frequência entre 20 e 30 min para Lisboa). O pequeno-almoço estava incluído e com opções, havia fruta, embora apenas duas fossem de fruta fresca. O quarto estava limpo, havia shampoo, sabonetes, touca de banho e secador de cabelo, o ar-condicionado e frigobar estavam a funcionar bem, e o check-in e o check-out foram fáceis.
O ralo da cabine de banho parecia entupido e a água demorava imenso a escoar. Para se ter uma ideia, enquanto estava a ajustar a temperatura da água, já tinha os pés submersos e, depois do banho, ainda era preciso esperar a água baixar para poder abrir a porta da cabine e não molhar o chão. O lugar parecia um pouco descuidado, apesar de estar bastante cheio e já ser verão. O café do pequeno-almoço era mesmo ruim, não sei se pela máquina ou a qualidade dos grãos.

Las instalaciones están absolutamente dejadas, sin mantenimiento, es una pena ver como un hotel histórico y situado en un emplazamiento único esté así. Inatel debe prestar atención a esto. Las camas hundidas, las habitaciones con moho, en fin una decepción.
