Prácticamente todo. El personal amabilísimo, muy atento con los niños, edificio patrimonial y su decoración y la parte de las habitaciones en un edificio moderno, con lo cual se combina las ventajas de lo antiguo con lo moderno. Jardín histórico y piscinas y zona infantil. Numerosos detalles con el huésped. Habitación y baño bastante espaciosos.
Es difícil encontrarle defectos.

The location is perfect for sea views, beaches nearby and a train station a few feet away. The rooms are large, the facilities are great and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the reception and spa staff. Do not listen to any review that says the breakfast is limited. There are plenty of cold choices, pastries, fruit and cereal and there is also a chef making hot egg options to order. You could even have champagne with your breakfast! The building is beautiful, especially the church and the gardens. The children loved both pools and the play area. We would all love to return one day.
We only ate an evening meal once in the hotel. The food took long to arrive, they didn’t have the daily special and generally the food was not great, however the prices are quite steep.
I would have liked fresh towels more often.
Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel is very close to the sea, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, and the pool and garden were beautiful.
There were a few downsides. The Wi-Fi disconnected frequently, and the walls were quite thin, so we could hear our neighbors’ TV. There were only two sockets. We also felt uncomfortable with the housekeeping staff being required to wear black and white short dresses as uniforms. The uniform felt outdated and gave an uncomfortable “maid” or colonial servant-like impression that we did not feel was appropriate.

Perfect location, very close to the ocean and to a train station. Lots of nice restaurants nearby.
You actually don’t need a rental car if you want to explore the area.
The breakfast offers a variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan. And the ocean view from the balcony during breakfast is absolutely amazing.

Die Lage zwischen Lissabon und Cascais ist ideal und die Hauptstraße hört man kaum. Die Anlage ist sehr geoflegt und das Frühstück buffet eines 5 🌟 Hotel würdig. Auch die Gesamt Atmosphäre war ok.
Beim Portugisischen Personal muss man sehr geduldig sein. Die Organisation vom Hauskeeping ist nicht optimal insbesondere nicht für ein 5 🌟 Hotel. Hierfür nur eine 3/10!!! Auch ansonsten waren die Wartezeiten zu lang. Leider kam mann sich teils vor wie in einem Reinem Urlaubsresort weil das Management nicht wert darauf legt ein Blick auf die Menschen am Pool zu werfen (Sogar Kinder mit Eis im Pool,...). Jetzt werden viele sagen es ist Urlaubzeit aber für ein Hotel mit nur 88 Zimmer (Ideal) waren sehr viele Leute mit klein Kinder vor Ort und das hat leider die Exclusivität getrübt.
