Hyvä suositeltava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.
Pros:

Hyvä aamiainen, tilavat huoneet ja hyvän kokoinen ulkouima-allas. Ympäristö mukava ja rauhallinen. Useita ravintoloita kävelymatkan päässä sekä rannat.

Cons:

Majoituimme neljään eri huoneeseen. Yhden jouduimme vaihtamaan ilmastoinnin ongelmien sekä muurahaisongelmien vuoksi. Toisenkin huoneen ilmastointi reistaili muutaman kerran.

I stayed at this hotel for several nights and unfortunately my overall experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star property.

First, I frequently experienced itching while sleeping, which made me question the condition of the bedding.

Second, I often observed restaurant staff speaking among themselves in Portuguese while standing near international guests. While I understand that staff naturally communicate in their native language, the manner and timing of these conversations made me feel uncomfortable as a guest.

Most concerning was my experience at the breakfast omelet station. I initially thought it might be an isolated incident, but after observing interactions over three consecutive days, I noticed what appeared to be a consistent pattern of noticeably different treatment toward Asian guests. This left me with the impression that there may be bias in the way some guests are treated.

My arrival experience was also disappointing. I arrived early and politely explained my travel condition while asking whether an early check-in might be possible. Rather than receiving a simple explanation, I felt I was being lectured. In addition, staff training discussions were conducted during my check-in process, which made the interaction feel impersonal and unnecessarily prolonged.

A historic building and beautiful renovation may help create the image of a luxury hotel, but the reputation of a five-star property ultimately depends on the quality of its service. Unfortunately, the service I experienced did not reflect that standard.

Despite these issues, I treated the staff with respect throughout my stay and left a gratuity upon departure. I hope management will take guest feedback seriously and reflect on how all guests are welcomed and treated, regardless of their background.

La chambre spacieuse avec balcon et vue sur le jardin et piscine.
L'accueil le 1er jour avec 🍐 poires, eau, et petits chocolats👌
Des poèmes un peu partout et sur la tête de lit
