Hög standard på boende, städning och frukost men vi upplevde personalen oengagerade.
Pros:

Mycket bra frukost. Bra städat och fräscha lokaler. Luftigt och trevligt rum med nära till luft och backe.

Cons:

Personalen upplevdes ointresserade och nonchalanta, både i receptionen och baren. Dock var städpersonalen och mannen som plockade undan vid frukosten trevliga och serviceinriktade.

Byli jsme velmi spokojení. Útulný hotel, skvělé postele, naprostá čistota, ochotný personál, vynikající snídaně. Moc se nám líbil i bar a venkovní posezení. Určitě se vrátíme 😊

A gem of a hotel
Pros:

A 'gem' of a hotel. Great location, being a short walk to ski lifts as well as the picturesque town of Ponte Di Legno. The hotel was spotless and had a real cosy feel with the open fire. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Irene who was extremely helpful and accommodating which was much appreciated as we were a group of 11 staying over half term.

Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and in close proximity of the cable.
The staff was amazing and really helpful. My son lost his phone on our last day. We were lucky that somebody found it and brought it to the police. The hotel staff was nice and helped us by retrieving it. They packed it and we could organize a courier to pick it from the hotel and bring it to Romania.
