立地が良く、部屋も良かった
Pros:

ロケーションがとても良い
チェックインチェックアウト前後に荷物を預かってもらえる点、宅急便の受け取り発送が出来る点が便利で良い

Cons:

印象が悪いとまではいかないが、フロントが日本語堪能ではない外国の方の時間帯がある
あと、チェックアウトの時は便利だが、チェックインの際、機械でするのが逆に面倒

Cons:

１部屋3人(トリプル)での利用でしたが、部屋のカードキーが1枚しか頂けなかった。通常だと各人1枚の3枚、少なくとも2枚いただけるホテルが多かったので、1枚だと別行動するのに不便を感じた。ホテルの売りが、駅＆コンビニが近いという立地だけでなくなれば、もっと良いなと。金額、設備、サービス全てお得感はなかった。京都の中心にあるホテルで建物・設備は古いのだが、シャンプーやタオル、歯ブラシなど変えられる部分が、他のホテルより若干良いものを使っていて、マイナスの部分をカバーするような工夫があり、また利用したいなと感じたことを思い出し、このホテル立地がいいだけに惜しいなと感じました。
