函館を満喫💕

函館駅に近く市電の停留所やバス乗り場も近い💖　　　　　　ロビーの近くのラウンジでコーヒーなどのサービスがありゆっくり出来た💕

Le personnel est très, très gentil! À 100m de la gare, c’est très pratique pour les déplacements.

Les équipements, les tapis sont vieux. Ça sent le vieux tapis dans la chambre.

We enjoyed our stay

staffs were polite and approachable, showing us to the amenities in the vicinity. Room also has sufficient amenities for our stay

函館を満喫できました。
Pros:

フロントスタッフの対応が良く、第一印象は💮です。
朝食も選択肢があって２日間頂きましたが、別のおかずで楽しむことができました。特に、イカやエビなどをその場で焼いてくれるサービスは最高でした。美味しかったです！

Cons:

部屋の造りなのか分かりませんが、隣室のお客さんの『イビキ』が気になって二日目の夜は直ぐに眠ることができず辛かったです。
自分なりにベッドの足元側に枕を移して寝たり、スマホのイヤホンを着けたりと大変でした。

Average. Bathroom sink fixtures filthy with black mold.

Cons:

Your front desk employees need training in customer service. They are curt with guests, not friendly, never smile. In our hotels in Hawaii, there is always at least one employee who can speak Japanese to assist our Japan visitors. Why is that not a courtesy for American visitors to Japan? No English translation! No English speaking workers! Why not?!?!?!

It is like home away from home, except for the absence of the kitchen.

わりきって連泊するのならいいホテルだと思う、ただしお風呂場のシャワーの出は悪い

ロビーラウンジがよかった

Cons:

部屋は良かったがお風呂がシャワーの水の出がよくなかった、連泊時に清掃を無料ではしてもらえないのが今一つだと思った
