函館を好きになるホテルに出会えました
Pros:

・フロントスタッフの方が何よりも親切でした。特にチェックインした日の女性スタッフの方には函館市内でお薦めの飲食店をお尋ねしたところ、本当に親身になってくださり、地図にわかりやすく書き込みもしていただいて教えてくださったことにとても感謝しています。あの時の地図は持ち帰って次回また函館を訪れた時にも持参します。
・１階ラウンジのフリードリンクシステムはとても嬉しかったです。
・予約前に豊富なメニューの朝食があることを知っていましたが、実際に喫食をして期待以上でした。朝からゆっくりと２時間近く堪能させていただきました。１回だけでは食べられないほどの品数で半分も食べられなかったことが心残りです。
・宿泊した部屋はドアを入ったところとベッドルームの間に仕切りがあり、その仕切りを境にスリッパが用意されていたことで、土足と室内用スリッパを区別することができ、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。

Cons:

特にありませんが、１日目のフロント女性スタッフの方の印象がとても良かったため、２日目のチェックアウトの際の男性スタッフの方に笑顔が見られなかったことが少し残念でした。決して悪印象だったわけではなく、女性スタッフの方が素晴らしかったということです。
