Pros:

하코다테역 바로 앞이라 좋았습니다. 주변에 관광지 식당, 현지인 식당이 모두 있어서 좋았습니다. 매우 깔끔하고 층마다 얼음도 제공되어 좋았습니다. 조식을 먹지 않았던게 후회되네요 ㅎㅎ

朝食か美味しく、快適な滞在
Pros:

一番安いセミダブルの部屋だったが、普通のビジネスホテルに比べても、部屋もベッドもデスクも広くて快適だった。

部屋着が上下に分かれたパジャマタイプで快適だった。
入浴剤とペットボトルの水500mlのサービスがあった。
女性にはスキンケアの使い切りアメニティのサービスがあった。
最上階のバーのワンドリンクチケットがもらえた。

朝食が絶品。函館は大きい高級ホテルを筆頭に朝食激戦区だが、こちらのリソルが個人的にはナンバー1になった。厳選された品数を丁寧に提供している印象。

客層の年齢層が高く、非常に落ち着いた穴場的ホテル。次は、家族で泊まりたい。

Cons:

部屋が全館一括空調管理（オンオフ、温度上げ下げは出来る）で個別エアコンが無いこと。

Pros:

立地もよくて、お手頃です。連れと別の到着でも、快く対応して下さいました。部屋も函館エリアにしては十分広いです。

Cons:

前回は、2泊したら2泊分のスキンケアセットをくださったのですが、今回は1泊分でした。ラウンジの案内がなかったです。ナイトウェアは汗をかくのでタオル同様毎日交換してほしいです。

最近釧路で同じクオリティーで１泊18,000円もとられました。
リソルさんは値段もお得で✨
決してトイレ、浴室も悪くなく✨
普通に普通のことがキチンとしていて最高でした！！
ちなまに、朝食の日本酒が最高でした！！
有り難う御座いました‼️✨✨✨✨

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

Très bien situé, hôtel simple avec beaucoup d'atouts : excellent petit déjeuner panoramique et varié, grandes chambres, style un peu ancien mais agréable, lobby avec boissons et espaces de repos. Bon service de ménage.

Cons:

Wifi un peu capricieuse.

Pros:

I was very impressed by the Resol. Good price, great location by the station. I'd recommend looking into the one day tram pass if you're here to see the sights, as it would've saved us a few dollars. The room was huge but the best possible use of this space (separating the beds) was not made. All facilities were comfortable and luggage storage before check in was convenient. The free drink bar in the lobby was a nice touch but didn't make me want to hang around there as the coffee smell was very strong.

Cons:

If you're going to have a huge hotel room with twin beds in it, put them far apart.
