Night clerk is rude , no towels for days

This was so disappointing. I booked the hotel in Long Island and somehow this location became the hotel booked. When I reached out for help to get the right hotel, no one would help me, not even booking.com. i am a frequent customer of Holiday Inn and booking.com, but once my next trip is completed i will no longer book with either company. I was stranded and with no hotel for my vacation because of an error on the site. How a hotel in Mississippi pops up while searching for hotels in Long Island near the Hamptons, i will never understand. However the 1000s of dollars that I and my family spend will no longer go to either. At minimum, booking.com or Holiday Inn could have reached out to explain or provide some sort of discount in the future. Neither company tried to help, as if there are not other options for booking hotels or staying there.

We stayed here as a family this June and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious enough for the family to comfortable relax, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly at check-in, and the complimentary breakfast was a great, convenient bonus before heading out for our daytime activities. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area!

Rooms are clean and up to date and the customer service is outstanding and very helpful

Front desk staff provided friendly service. Room and lounge area very clean and comfortable. This is my preferred hotel whenever I visit.

It was close to everything

This is, by far, the BEST motel in the Brookhaven/Lincoln county area if you enjoy clean, comfortable beds and 10/10 hospitality. We lost our home to fire and stayed a month here, so we feel like we have seen this place at OUR worst. First impressions are everything, and we saw the heart of their employees on the first night we stayed. They left us a care package with condolences for the loss of our home. I actually cried. They took care of us then, feeding us amazing breakfasts and THE BEST COFFEE!!! every morning- thank you, Anita. And they are still taking care of us, months later. We are in the process of rebuilding our home, but when the weather man predicts overnight severe weather, we vacate our camper and call Cicely, who has been amazing at helping me with anything from reservations to insurance papers. I have her listed as a contact -lol. She tries to get us in "our room", but last night, she got us in one that was even better. Our community was rocked by an EF-4 tornado, so thank God we had a safe place to go. We rode out the tornado in a stairwell as hail and wind ravaged outside. But we were SAFE. They took care of all the customers that moved to the bottom floor and had fresh warm cookies, coffee and fruit infused water to offer. I could go on and on, but just know that these people have a heart of gold. I've never met an employee that didn't go out of their way for me and my family. God blessed us with these people, who i call "my other family". Thank you for all you have done for us this past year!

Clean. Staff not accommodating

Check in was quick and efficient. We were pleased with the cleanliness and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The air conditioning worked! Bathroom was nice. Loved the lighted mirror which also had a no fog center section.
Breakfast was a fest, eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, pancake station and cinnamon rolls, plus fruit and yogurt.
I slept well but at 2:15 am the fire alarm went off and woke me from a deep sleep. I thought, Oh, crap, I’m at a hotel and have to evacuate in my pajamas!” Jumped out of bed and it went off. Tried to go back to sleep but my heart was racing so laid there awake for almost 2 hours. We could hear people in the hall but no one came to the door to explain what happened. Besides that all was well.
