Lovely hotel with great breakfast
Pros:

Check in was quick and efficient. We were pleased with the cleanliness and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The air conditioning worked! Bathroom was nice. Loved the lighted mirror which also had a no fog center section.
Breakfast was a fest, eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, pancake station and cinnamon rolls, plus fruit and yogurt.
I slept well but at 2:15 am the fire alarm went off and woke me from a deep sleep. I thought, Oh, crap, I’m at a hotel and have to evacuate in my pajamas!” Jumped out of bed and it went off. Tried to go back to sleep but my heart was racing so laid there awake for almost 2 hours. We could hear people in the hall but no one came to the door to explain what happened. Besides that all was well.

Ms Anita’ Biscuits-5 Star
Pros:

I spend many nights at Holiday Inn Express annually. The biscuits are normally like dry hockey pucks. Ms Anita’s biscuits were the absolute best I have come across at a Holiday Inn Express ever. IHG should put her on the road to train all the others like her. She’s got the secret to making the biscuits delicious.

Tamya is the best
Pros:

Tamya at the front desk has helped many times throughout my stay. Everytime she was very respectful, friendly and communicate in a professional manner. Tamya alone makes me want to stay here again. She is always available and ready to service my needs. Room is clean, service is great and they always have fresh backed cookies ready for everyone. How awesome is that!!! Recommend staying here.

“Outstanding Service and Hospitality”
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Brookhaven, MS while traveling through for business. I needed a private room to host a virtual business meeting that came up unexpectedly. The staff, GM Wynn, AGM Burr, FOM Manciei, Adrian, John, Tamia, and Anita, sprung into action to accommodate me in the hotel conference room. My business meeting was a success but otherwise would have been ruined had it not been for the quick action and hospitality offered by this amazing staff. Thank you!
