Trotz guter Lage überwog am Ende die Enttäuschung über den Aufenthalt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentral und gut vernetzt mit dem Öffentlichenverkehr

Ich hatte eine besondere Bitte an das Hotelpersonal, da ich ein Produkt mit ins Ausland nehmen wollte, das zwingend im Tiefkühler zwischengelagert werden musste. Auf meine Anfrage wurde mir dies zugesagt.

Bei der Übergabe habe ich mehrfach und ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass das Produkt im Tiefkühler gelagert werden muss. Umso enttäuschender war es festzustellen, dass dies nicht eingehalten wurde.

Der Warenwert lag bei rund 100 €. Aufgrund der falschen Lagerung war das Produkt am Tag der Abreise nicht mehr verwendbar und musste entsorgt werden.

Dieser Vorfall hat mich sehr enttäuscht, da die Situation klar kommuniziert wurde und ich mir in einem Hotel einen sorgfältigeren Umgang erwartet hätte

Pros:

Great location where there is a whole stretch of food and retail shops just behind the hotel. We arrive slightly early and they allowed us to check in since the room is ready. Heater in the room was a bonus as it was very cold outside.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. Would appreciate if there was something warm that was served. Maybe it was the weather but the staff was cold too. Bed was slightly smaller than a usual double bed.

Merci c'était formidable, très bel hôtel au cœur d'Istanbul
Pros:

Accueil, services, communication, situation, confort, roof top, rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Un peu bruyant de par la situation en centre ville, nous avons pu changer de chambre pour le côté jardin qui est calme, merci beaucoup à l'équipe
