Pros:

Понравилось расположение. Хорошие завтраки. Красивая терраса. Номера неплохие. Рядом с отелем автобусная остановка, можно было до любых мест добираться. Рядом Истикляль, вечерами можно там гулять. Много кафешек для перекусов.

Cons:

Кроме шампуня и Геля для душа не было других банных принадлежностей.( одноразовые зубные щетки, пасты зубные и все прочее). Проблематично было включить душ в ванной. Очень тяжело переключался. Мы запросили уборку номера, и когда пришли, как волосы были в душевой так и остались. Плохо убирали. Полотенца меняли. Номер я бронировала стандартный, и по фото был красивый вид из окна. В итоге был ужасный вид на стену. Фото приложила. Как я поняла, нужно администраторам жестко говорить, что и как бронируется, так как они могут дать номер хуже, чем ты бронировал. Попросили утюг. Я приложила фото, в каком он был состоянии. Гладить вещи было невозможно. Я могла их испортить. Утюг надо чистить, ну или новый купить для отеля.

Pros:

The location and calmness as well as the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room temperature wasn't ok the a/c wasn't working and noisy the hole night. the mini bar was not cooling properly we were worried about conservation of our medicines (insulin)which required cold temperature.

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα , καθαρό ήσυχο χωρίς φασαρία από το δρόμο , το προσωπικό πολύ βοηθητικό ανταποκρίθηκαν σε όλα μας τα αιτήματα . Το συνετιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

Cons:

Το μοναδικό ίσως αρνητικό ήταν ότι δεν είχε την τέλεια ηχομόνωση από τους διαδρόμους αλλά παρόλα αυτά δεν υπήρχε ιδιαίτερη φασαρία , ήταν πολύ υποφερτό
