Blisko komunikacja i restauracje, cicha okolica
Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji, czysto, ręczniki zmieniane codziennie, blisko komunikacja i kawiarnie, restauracje.. pyszna kawa w obiekcie za darmo od godziny 13 do 21 - miło nas to zaskoczyło. Przed obiektem na dziedzińcu dostępne duże kanapy, jest cień, miłe miejsce do wypoczynku. W pokoju dostępna mini lodówka i szklanki do napoju.

Cons:

Mały minus za prysznic umieszczony dosłownie w pokoju, nie widzieliśmy tego na zdjęciach. I szyba w toalecie, bezpośrednio przy łóżku, co sprawiło, że podczas korzystania toalety w nocy, było w pokoju bardzo jasno i wybudzało to ze snu. Winda dziwnie chodziła (głośno i ciężko), ale przez cały nasz pobyt wszystko było okej.

La posizione ottima e ben servita. Camera pulita, molto comoda e ordinata. Parcheggio a pagamento comodo a 24 euro al giorno. Lo consiglio

Cons:

Il caffè free ha una fascia di orario non particolarmente interessante: dalle 13 alle 21. Praticamente non fruibile. Peccato perché la qualità è ottima ma ne abbiamo beneficiato solo all'arrivo. Comunque bella struttura.

Zorgzaam en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijt en perfecte ligging van het hotel in Mitte.

Als je met de auto reist ben je aangewezen op een dure parkeergarage die overigens zeer goed bereikbaar is

The location is great, and the room is spacious, clean and pleasant, with a nice design.

Cons:

The main downside is the small fridge, which is packed with paid drinks and snacks, leaving very little space for guests’ own food and drinks. It would be much more useful to have some empty space available, especially since not everyone drinks soft drinks or eats chocolate.

Also, there was no kettle, cups or spoons in the room, which was quite inconvenient.

Assitenza staff, anche a colazione per nostro figlio celiaco, in particolare un ragazzo italiano in servizio le mattine. E poi posizione, tutto raggiungibile facilmente

Unglaublich ruhig, völlig unerwartet so mitten in der Stadt. Sehr schöner, gute Laune machender Frühstücksraum, zudem Möglichkeiten, im Hof zu sitzen. Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Auch beim XS alles toll durchdacht und sehr gemütlich. Toll auch, dass es hier noch eine Mini-Bar gibt, nicht nur, weil man dadurch einen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer hat, sondern auch weil gute Produkte angeboten werden. Extrem bequemes Bett, wäre am liebsten noch geblieben.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber das Zimmer ließ sich schnell herunterkühlen, indem man den mobilen Ventilator auf den Boden vors offene Fenster stellt. (Vorhänge bis zum Boden würden allerdings helfen, die Sonne draußen zu halten.) Etwas schade, dass es keinen Sitzhocker für den Schreibtisch gibt, das Bett ist einige cm zu weit entfernt. Dass man nach Ende der Rezeptions Öffnungszeiten einchecken kann, ist zwar hilfreich, aber etwas kompliziert.

The staff were extremely friendly. I thought I lost my passport at one point during our stay (dont worry I found it), and all the staff were so helpful and concerned. The room was very clean and comfortable and location is great, easy to get to public transport and close to mall of Berlin for shopping 😁

Cons:

There is nothing I didnt like, it was a great place to stay.

Pros:

Supernetter Concierge, sehr hilfreich und bemüht. Koffer verstaut, uns Bescheid gegeben, als das Zimmer fertig war. Am Nachmittag gratis Kaffee etc.
Zimmer sind Altbau, hat Charme.
Lage ist super.
Es gäbe Frühstück, sah gut aus, haben wir nicht genommen. Im selben Haus ist auch ein supernettes Café Croissant.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer zur Straße. Da es heiß war, mussten wir lüften in der Nacht (keine Klimaanlage), obwohl Nebenstraße war es recht laut, besonders gegen Morgen, weil auch Baustelle vor der Tür.
Aber es gibt auch Zimmer zum ruhigen, großen Innenhof!

Loved our stay in berlin. the location and staff were excellent and helpful. the room was ok.
Pros:

staff and location are excellent! they let us keep our bags at the hotel for the day we left, since our flight wasn't until the evening. location was excellent. really nice to walk out to a fairly quiet street, but just around the corner is a lot of restaurants, parks and galleries. Loved it!

Cons:

the room was alright. It was clean, and fine, but not necessarily worth the money.
