Please note that the apartments are located in a building opposite the hotel. Guests staying at the apartments have access to the hotel's facilities.

My stay at Hotel Acta Laumon
Pros:

The staff at reception were really kind and helpful. There was sufficient space in the apartment for 5 adults and the lounge was spacious. Parking was organized and the garage was secure.

Cons:

There was a lack of practicality. If you needed a kettle, iron or even a hairdryer, this had to be requested from reception with a EUR20 refundable deposit. Not only is this an inconvenience not having these basic facilities in the apartment, it's a an additional deposit over and above the standard EUR250 booked on your card. You have to pay EUR7.00 per beach towel taken from the accommodation and this is not refunded even though you return the towels. It would make more sense to just buy your own towels at the beach. There was no cleaning service or change of towels during my 3 night stay. The 2nd bathroom was also very small. The location is in a quiet neighborhood which is nice however it's pretty far from the main tourist attractions. Overall, this was not value for money and more should be done by the accommodation to be worth the money.
