Pros:

Great location and the room was very comfortable and spacious. It had a great shower and a large comfortable bed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My only suggestion for improving the hotel relates to the entrance on Shalom Aleichem Street. It really is shabby and doesn't create a good first impression when you arrive. Once you're inside it's fine!

Good hotel
Pros:

The room had enough space and the beds were comfy. Bathroom was good. We had breakfast incl. and it was enough for us, some veggies, many white cheeses, different kind of fruits, different kind of breads, yoghurt or milk with cereals and cooked eggs. There are no warm dishes.
There is a coffee corner on the first floor where they have fruits + a sweet snack in the morning for all guests during breakfast time.

Cons:

No consequent housekeeping, we stayed there for a full week and only got bottles of water once. Also you could see a clear difference in the quality of the different housekeeping staff members.
Besides, we agreed upfront with the hotel on twin beds, however when we got to the room it was a double bed ..
Also our key card stopped working twice in 1 week.

Very nice, comfortable and friendly hotel (although it does not look so from outside )
Pros:

From the outside the place did not look very promising, but inside the hotel is very pleasant, staff were very very friendly and accommodating, very decent breakfast and a good location from which to explore TLV.

Cons:

Hotel is located in a run down commercial building , and from either street appearing in the address it was very difficult to find.
