Glasgow Arms Hotel Ultimo

Toilet seat fell off, Bathroom basin tap falling off. Room needs painting walls are damaged and very small.

Location and food also

There is quite a bit of street noise and the spotlight on the hotel sign shone into the room all night. There were no cups in the kitchenette. I found one on the first day, the only one, and I then kept it with me. That area just wasn't well maintained.
Overall cleaniness of the room wasnt great.

Lärm durch die Lüftung, die die ganze Nacht durchgelaufen ist. Man braucht Ohrenstöpsel.
Eingang ist in einer shady Gasse.
Definitiv zu teuer für das was man kriegt.
Wenigstens war es sauber. Aber dafür ist alles andere eher schlecht: Lärm, abgenutzte sehr einfache Ausstattung, sehr unangenehmer Eingang, komischer geruch im Treppenhaus.

It was advertised as having a microwave electric jug but no cups, cutlery not even a single glass could be found in the room? No table, plenty of room for one, not even a side table on the patio. Fridge was unplugged, so defrosted, butter floating around in water. A consequence of fridge being unplugged meant other appliances were also unplugged. I could only fix this by moving a heavy cupboard on my own. Steep stairs no lift. Seemed to be a real problem asking for late checkout. After 3 attempts they relented and gave me an extra hour until 11am. Initially shown To the wrong room. A staff member however did assist by carrying my suitcase downstairs then up the next lot of stairs.

Der einzige Punkt zur Beanstandung war das Bad. Bis zur Höhe des Fliesenspiegels war es in Ordnung. Die Sanitärobjekte waren in einwandfreiem Zustand. Allerdings oberhalb sollte mal wieder gestrichen werden.

Fridge and microwave outside of room, down the hall. Power points in very uncomfortable spots, and not enough of them; broken toilet seat; room very Spartan; there's no emergency contact number for after hours, we got locked out of room and there was no one to open it for us for a while; a bit too far from points of interest in cbd.
