Pros:

Sijainti oli oikein hyvä. Aamupala on sellainen peruskattaus. Sänky oli hyvä, hieman kapea kylläkin, mutta sopivan pehmeä ja hyvä muutoin. Sain hyvin nukuttua, mihin olin erittäin tyytyväinen. Oma kriteerini majoituksen toimivuudesta on tyytyväisyys sänkyyn ja yöunen laatuun.

Cons:

Hieman oli meillä ongelmaa päästä sisään, kun juna oli myöhässä ja vastaanotto oli jo ehtinyt mennä kiinni. Onneksi oli kulkijoita hotellista, että päästiin eteiseen ja automaattikoneesta löydettiin päivystysnumero, johon soitettiin. Saatiin siinä ohjeiden mukaan sitten tehtyä huonekortit ja päästiin lopulta huoneeseen. Hieman oli kyllä kauhun tunnetta, kun huone oli maksettu etukäteen ja seisottiin ulkona pakkasessa ja ihmeteltiin, että miten päästään hotelliin. Lopulta kaikki järjestyi onneksi.

Pros:

Hinta-laatu suhteelta ei mitään moitteita! Respassa tosi mukavat työntekijät, viihtyisä hotelli ja oikeen sopiva huone yhden yön majoitukseen.
Huone oli vähän niin ja näin siivottu kun löytyi hiuksia ja karvoja mutta eipä se haitannut, lakanat ja pesutilat kuitenkin tosi siistit. 5/5

Maistuva aamiainen. Sijainti ihan Oulun keskustassa. Hyvä henkilökunta, pyynnöstä saimme esim. lisätyynyjä.

Cons:

Vessassa oli vähän viemärinhajua. Huone oli pieni ja sängyt aika kapeat.

Mukava henkilökunta. Kiva pieni huone parin päivän yöpymiseen. Tarvittavat asiat löytyi. Rauhallinen.

Cons:

Siirsin sängyt yhteen niin sängyn alta löytyi roskia. Tosin sängyt on niin matalat että ei sinne imuria oikein taida saada🤔 Käsisuihku ja wc:n roskis pyyhkimättä.

Vaatimaton hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Pros:

Aamiainen oli niukka, mutta ihan ok. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen ja syy hotellin valintaani.

Cons:

Henkilökunta oli näytön tuijottamiseen keskittynyttä ja nuivahkoa. Ei tullut tervetullut tai huomioitu olo.
Kahden hengen huone oli kahdelle auttamatta ahdas. Ikkunaa ei saanut auki ja huoneessa tuntui ilma loppuvan. Kylpyhuone oli siisti, mutta haisi homeelle.

The hotel should hire better cleaning staff, because the was not cleaned properly.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The fridge was not cleaned. There was half eaten hamburger in the fridge. Also the bed linen were not cleaned properly and there were long hairs in both of the beds. The third bed was very uncomfortable, because you couldn’t make it flat and the bed was slightly tilted upwards.
