Particolare attenzione verso gli ospiti, personale gentile e accogliente, struttura molto pulita e con vari confort, stanza grande e dotata di ogni necessità. Parcheggio privato incluso. Colazione abbondante e varia.
Al mio arrivo mi hanno anche dato una camera superiore a quella che avevo prenotato inclusa di balcone e com vista montagne.

Lokalizacja hotelu idealna. Śniadania przepyszne. Obsługa miła, profesjonalna i pomocna.

Cons:

Jakość internetu mogłaby być lepsza. Byłoby znacznie wygodniej, gdyby łóżko dwuosobowe miało jeden materac, nie dwa.

Sehr gute Lage mit kleinen Abzügen beim SPA
Pros:

Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Essen ausgezeichnet allerdings sehr Fleischlastig, auf Wünsche wurde jedoch eingegangen und Alternativen wurden angeboten, außerdem gab es ein Vorspeisenbuffet und täglich frisches Salatbuffet. Lage ausgezeichnet, Gondel ist zu Fuß in 10 Min zu erreichen, der Schibus bleibt vor der Tür stehen. Öffentliche Busse visavis.

Zimmer sehr ansprechend, gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

SPA Bereich war zwar schön ABER die Sauna war nur mit Badekleidung zu betreten!!!! Das heißt die anderen Gäste sind vom doch sehr stark gechlorten Wirlpool zum Aufwärmen in die Sauna gegangen (mit nasser nach Chlor riechender Badekleidung!!!)

Zudem hat der Wirlpool unendlich stark geschäumt!
