Piękny, klimatyczny ośrodek pośród natury z fantastyczną obsługą i świetną infrastrukturą, który mógłby jedynie poprawić
Pros:

Pobyt w tym obiekcie był fantastyczny i zdecydowanie należał do naszych najlepszych podczas wakacji. Mieliśmy pokój typu queen z tarasem pośród drzew 1 drewniany domek był piękny, klimatyczny i bardzo komfortowy. Cały ośrodek jest duży, ale świetnie zaprojektowany, zadbany i otoczony naturą, co tworzy naprawdę wyjątkową atmosferę.

Wszystko było bardzo czyste, a dodatkowym atutem był duży basen z jacuzzi oraz możliwość spędzenia czasu przy bilardzie. Restauracja również zasługuje na pochwałę - jedzenie było bardzo smaczne.

Ogromny plus dla obsługi recepcji, szczególnie dla jednej z pań (prawdopodobnie Jocelyn), która była niezwykle serdeczna, pomocna i przekazała nam wiele cennych informacji dotyczących okolicy.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem był praktycznie brak kontaktu ze strony obiektu po dokonaniu rezerwacji. Sama musiałam napisać z pytaniem o organizowane wycieczki, a odpowiedź otrzymałam dopiero po ponad tygodniu. Szkoda również, że obiekt nie posiada strony internetowej lub miejsca z praktycznymi informacjami dotyczącymi transportu i dojazdu, zwłaszcza że można tam dotrzeć nie tylko taksówką, ale również autobusem.

El lugar perfecto , desayuno básico pero bien, servicio no hospitalario

El lugar limpio y excelentes espacios

Cons:

La atención del personal, nada acogedor en ese aspecto. No nos ayudaron con las maletas. Ni nos dieron resolución a temas básicos súper cortantes nada hospitalarios.

Sehr schöne Anlage
Pros:

Die Geräuschkulisse nachts ist überwältigend. Man hört die Tiere im Wald und das Wasserrauschen des Flusses. Von daher ist der Standort der Hotelanlage sehr gut. Freundliches Personal. Die Speisekarte bietet zwar nichts Vegetarisches, aber durchaus gute Gerichte.

Cons:

Bis nach Tena sind es 12 km. Die guten Wanderwege zu den Höhlen, Wasserfällen und der Laguna Azul liegen auf der anderen Seite von Tena. Mit dem Taxi ist es teuer, man muss also früh den Bus nach Tena nehmen. Der braucht etwa 20 Minuten. Die Hotelführung hat von Nachhaltigkeit noch nichts gehört: Die Handtücher werden grundsätzlich jeden Tag gewechselt. Nur wenn man es dem Personal erklärt, kann man das Handtuch behalten. Vermutlich geht der Zimmerservice mit der Sprühdose durch die Zimmer. Moskitonetze wären sympathischer.
