Cons:

Chátrající hotel s minimálním úklidem. Pokoj nebyl zabezpečený a vybaven moskytiérou. Už bychom nejeli štíry v posteli už opravdu ne.

Un lieu incroyable! Nous avions une chambre avec un balcon face à la rivière, c'était super paisible et magnifique. Nous avons également apprécié la piscine et le jacuzzi. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, et les employés étaient gentils.

Miles over our expectations.
Pros:

There is no better place to stay than here. When we arrived in Tena, we realized one of our phones were left on the bus with no way to track it. We were later contacted by someone who demanded ransom. The owners of the hotel took almost 2 days of their time to help us get it back, driving around town to track it down and confronting the thieves. Thanks to them we can continue our trip. On top of this, we got a free upgrade to a bigger room.

The lodge is a paradise with amazing nature, clean pool and warm jacuzzi, great food in the restaurant and amazing day-trips arranged by the hotel. A true wow-experience during the whole stay. The rooms are exactly how you want them in the Amazon. Do not miss this place!

Easy to get there and back. Regular bus traffic right outside the facilities.

El lugar es muy agradable natural las instalaciones perfectas

Cons:

No hay señalización desde 10km antes de llegar al lugar ,no hay ilusión en la entrada al hotel en la noche no se distingue nada y no hay internet en el trayecto para llegar falta señalización es muy importante
