Fabulous staff! Amazing location right on the Napo river but only 10 minute taxi from the nearest town. Really felt deep in the wildlife. Edison , Nico ànd the young lady at breakfast were all amazing , helpful engaging and friendly , spoke excellent English

Beautiful grounds. Natural environment. Felt like I was camping but with a bed vs a sleeping bag. The staff was all very friendly. Very relaxing place to stay to experience a bit of nature. The pool and hammocks were great spots to relax
Location was further from Tena that I thought (my fault for not looking at the map closely enough).
Our room had large holes in the screens which allowed more bugs.
The front desk staff took my questions but didn't always reply - I had to follow-up several times for answers
The 2-3 hour night hike we booked through them started late and lasted only 45 minutes

La habitación entregada (12) podía tener mejores materiales a la interna sin perder el estilo que tratan demostrar, el piso ya tenía madera demasiado vieja y el techo muchos espacios de donde caían sedimentos de la madera e insectos.

Lodge en mitad de la vegetación con unas cabañas con mucho encanto a la ribera del Río. Comida rica y persona muy muy amable.

Pobyt w tym obiekcie był fantastyczny i zdecydowanie należał do naszych najlepszych podczas wakacji. Mieliśmy pokój typu queen z tarasem pośród drzew 1 drewniany domek był piękny, klimatyczny i bardzo komfortowy. Cały ośrodek jest duży, ale świetnie zaprojektowany, zadbany i otoczony naturą, co tworzy naprawdę wyjątkową atmosferę.
Wszystko było bardzo czyste, a dodatkowym atutem był duży basen z jacuzzi oraz możliwość spędzenia czasu przy bilardzie. Restauracja również zasługuje na pochwałę - jedzenie było bardzo smaczne.
Ogromny plus dla obsługi recepcji, szczególnie dla jednej z pań (prawdopodobnie Jocelyn), która była niezwykle serdeczna, pomocna i przekazała nam wiele cennych informacji dotyczących okolicy.
Jedynym minusem był praktycznie brak kontaktu ze strony obiektu po dokonaniu rezerwacji. Sama musiałam napisać z pytaniem o organizowane wycieczki, a odpowiedź otrzymałam dopiero po ponad tygodniu. Szkoda również, że obiekt nie posiada strony internetowej lub miejsca z praktycznymi informacjami dotyczącymi transportu i dojazdu, zwłaszcza że można tam dotrzeć nie tylko taksówką, ale również autobusem.
