Not a good hotel

Отель понравился. Отличное месторасположение в тихом микрорайоне в пешей доступности к центру, есть автостоянка, комфортный ,чистый номер, доброжелательный персонал.

Good place to stay as it's a 10-15 minute walk to the main Square

I stayed here with a friend two nights and we booked separate rooms. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. Staff were friendly. Cabs we booked were reasonable and on time. From the hotel into the center is within a 10-minute walk. Would have no problem staying here again if back in town.

The hotel is up a flight of stairs and there is no railing on the stairs so we held our 3 yr old tightly as we climbed carrying our heavy luggage. The entrance to the room was outside on a balcony catwalk and night time lighting is not good. There was restaurant that wasn't working and the lobby snacks and coffee were something you'd find on a train, not in the coffee capital of Ukraine.

We paid for the business class room and booked for a family of four, but our two boys had to share a small couch and in the morning one of the boys woke up on the floor.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful, the cleaning staff seemed a bit inconvenienced by our presence.

The drains in the shower were clogged, the floor was soaked.

Great location, close to old town and Shevchenko Square. It is up a hill so if you have health concerns, walking down is ok, but you might want to take a taxi back up.
It would be a good hotel for a couple on a short getaway. Not practical for a family of 3 or more.

For a little more, we could have gotten a better hotel closer to town and bigger room.

nette Rezeption, englischsprachig,sauberes Zimmer, nah am Zentrum. Fürs Entdecken der Stadt super geeignet. Ich war sehr zufrieden und günstig war es auch.

Heizung war nicht eingeschaltet, obwohl im November.
Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber unprofessionell.
Selbst die Fernbedienung von der Klimaanlage wurde auf Anweisung des Hotelinhabers mit der Begründung, dass unnötig Elektrizität verbraucht werde, eingezogen; die Klimaanlage hätte statt der Heizung benutzt werden können.
Die Duschkabbine war defekt (eine Tür der Kabine fehlte und wurde durch einen provisorischen Halbvorhang ersetzt). Der Abfluss in der Duschkabine war verstoppft, so dass nach jedem Duschen der Becken immer voll stand.
Der Safe war ebenfalls defekt und unbenutzbar. Zunächst hat es mehrere Stunden gedauert bis der Safe mit Hilfe eines Technickers geöffnet werden könnte. Der Techniker empfehlte jedoch nicht, den Safe zu benutzen, da die Gefahr groß sei, dass es wieder Probleme beim Öffnen geben könnten. Somit war der Safe unbrauchbar.
Das Früstück war sehr spartanisch; es gab keine Auswahl.

СЛЫШНО ВСЕ , ЧТО ПРОИСХОДИТ В СОСЕДНЕМ НОМЕРЕ. УБИРАЮТ ТОЛЬКО ПО ПРОСЬБЕ. ПОД КРОВАТЯМИ И ПОД ТУМБОЧКАМИ СЛОЙ ПЫЛИ. ЗАВТРАКИ СКУДНЫЕ , КАЖДЫЙ ДЕНЬ ЯЙЦА ВАРЕННЫЕ И ОДИН ВИД МЯСНОЙ НАРЕЗКИ. тАК ЧТО ОСОБО НЕ РАЗГОНИШЬСЯ . НЕ ТЯНЕТ ДАЖЕ НА ТРИ ЗВЕЗДЫ..

Отель расположен в тихом месте в нескольких кварталах от центра города. Приветливый персонал. Завтрак стандартный, но выбор небольшой. Из недостатков отметил бы плохую шумоизоляцию входной двери, горячую воду в душе нужно ждать несколько минут после включения, небольшие номера. В целом, показатель цена/качество хороший, рекомендую.

I think the hotel was very pretty and in a good location. I did not like being woken up for breakfast and having the personal insist on coming into the room with breakfast. The rooms are extremely clean, the beds comfortable but. the rooms are very tiny and tight.

My girlfriend and I visited the city for Alfa Jazz Fest and stayed at Leotel Hotel. This hotel is ideally located between the festival's location and historic downdown - both within 10 min walk. Located in a quiet street, 2 min walk to public transportation. The personnel was superbly welcoming and responsive. They were happy to accomodate our several requests for special arrangements. Rooms are quite basic, but very clean. Breakast is basic, but we liked it. Personally, we don't need more in a city where you don't plan to stay long at hotels anyways. Very clean and nice-looking halls. Excellent value for that price.
