Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness ("très propre", "Muito limpo", "Clean"), housekeeping described as reliable and rooms well maintained, with a few isolated mentions of unfresh pillows or synthetic sheets.
Service
8.8
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and attentive across many reviews (welcome/accueil positif); some minor service issues noted (language barrier for some guests, breakfast timing), but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
8.6
Location praised for motorway proximity, convenient for stopovers and free parking; a few comments mention limited nearby restaurants or being a bit far from everything for sightseeing.
Room Quality
7.6
Mixed feedback: comfortable beds cited often, but recurring room issues include poorly functioning or noisy AC, one remote for two TVs / TV not working, small rooms or slippery bathrooms—overall slightly below other strengths.
Amenities
7.6
Breakfast and on-site refreshment options available and often praised, parking available; however notable negatives include unreliable Wi‑Fi in at least one stay, limited toiletries/rolls and noisy/poorly adjustable AC impacting perceived amenities.
Value for Money
8
Several guests report good quality/price and satisfaction for a stopover; a few reviews explicitly say price/quality felt poor compared to alternatives, leading to a moderate positive score.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast frequently described as very good or perfect (buffet, good juice), though some guests found it light or with limited options on certain occasions.
Overall Experience
7.6
Many stays described as pleasant or would stay again, with friendly staff and clean rooms, but several strong negative experiences (poor AC, broken TV, unreliable Wi‑Fi, one 'déception totale' and a few very negative reviews) lower the overall impression.
