Check-in takes place at Parco San Marco Lifestyle Beach Resort, in Viale Privato San Marco 1, a few steps away.

Hotel in wunderschöner Parkanlage
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr professionell und zuvorkommend. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön, das Frühstück von bester Qualität
Die Tiefgarage sehr praktisch (20€/tag)
Der neue spa Bereich ist architektonisch wunderbar gelungen und ein Highlight.
Das Zimmer ist funktional, schön ist die Terrasse
Die Heizung sehr gut zu regulieren

Cons:

Wir hatten leider in 2 Nächten randalierende Nachbarn, die den Schlaf unmöglich machten, desweiteren wohnten in unserem Zimmer Insekten (wanzen).
Auch hier war das Personal stets hilfreich und bemüht.
Wir hatten das Hotel wegen der Silvester Feier gewählt- ja, das essen war gut zog sich aber über 5 std, wenig rahmen Programm und kein Tanz für die Gäste

Pros:

Though it's lovely, quiet and the staff are extremely nice and welcoming, I suffered from the bad A/C; they claimed it's regulated out of their control. Another drawback, you cannot smoke in the outdoor areas of the restaurants

L'hôtel est magnifique et le personnel adorable. Nous avons profité des piscines et de la plage au bord du lac. Tout était parfait. Sans parler du délicieux buffet de petit déjeuner et des restaurants.

Magnifique.
Pros:

Très agréable. De très bonnes infrastructures au sein d'un parc magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Lugano. Au top avec des enfants.

Very old and worn rooms
Pros:

We were very disappointed with our Family apartment. Nothing like the pictures. Very old and worn rooms.
Really a shame that all adults and children must go through the smoking area outside the reception and restaurant.
There is nothing Italian about the place – nor the food in the restaurant, or the pizzas from the pizzeria.
Staff, beds, spa, and breakfast were good.
Far too expensive compared to the low quality.

Nice stay in June
Pros:

A really nice stay at PSM hotel, lot of sport activities and a super friendly staff. The pools were quite nice for a family trip. The family room where we stayed was spacious and clean, there was a slight problem with air conditioning, but that got fixed eventually.
