First time in Prachuap Khiri Khan
Pros:

First trip to Prachuap Khiri Khan and found the area to be beautiful.Beach had a rustic appeal for a laid back quieter experience. The scenery from the beach with the islands and the surrounding mountains are spectacular. Across the beach are various restaurants and beach front resorts making everthing convenient for a vacation .Beach side dinning is available along with massages .So you can enjoy a delicious meal and have a relaxing massage while the waves roll onto the beach.

Good but not 4 star
Pros:

House was clean but little bit old. The sofa was broken and wardrobe door were stuck. But otherwise very good house to be few night. Breakfast was small. No thai style breakfast. 2 different fruits and breads. But they cook american breakfast with eggs you wanted. Yoghurt if you ask it.
After house cleaning you haven’t handtowel and toiletpaper was empty. Everything had to ask from staff.
Swimmingpool was great and the area was quiet and clean.

The hotel and facilities were beautiful! My children especially loved the pools, the waterslide, and the obstacle course in the pool. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for a hotel. The house was very comfortable and the second floor rooftop deck was lovely! The staff were very nice and the house cleaners were very thorough. The only downside is that it’s not especially close to other restaurants, convenient stores, or the beach. They do, however, offer scooters for rent at the property, making all of these places easily accessible! The beach in many restaurants are Only 3 to 5 KM away

Dejlige huse med god plads. Lækker tagterrasse med solsenge og havemøbler. Flot stor swimmingpool lige uden for døren. Transport til strand og supermarked flere gange dagligt. Mad til rimelige priser. Velegnet til såvel børnefamilier og pensionister. Lækker morgenmadsbuffet .

Lots of pros and cons for this property. Firstly I would not say it is 4 star so expect 2 to 3 star for quality.
Pros - great price, we stayed for 10 nights. great pool and water slide, the kids played for hours on it. Pool was always clean and sparkling. Staff were very helpful and friendly, daily house keeping, breakfast was really good. Had a great selection including thai dishes.
Cons - linen had holes in them, torn doona covers, stains on bath towels, were changed immediately when I told them and they were very apologetic, villas a little run down and need work to make them 4 star quality, kitchen walls dirty, bathroom tiles and grout mouldy, expedia pics show oven in the villa, there was no oven so we could not cook christmas lunch. Woyld say for 10 nights its a little far out of town. The kids got annoyed with so much driving to get to places. Its 40 mins from Hua Hin. If your wanting to explore Hua Hin without the hubby and kids stay in Hua Hin and take your time.
Overall we had a great time here and would recommend but don't expext 4 star.
