We always enjoy the buffet, the pool and activities. The food is very good, a lot of choices and all types. The staff at the restaurant is kind and professional.
The pool is very clean and well maintained.
The animation team is great, they have fun activities and they create a nice ambiance.
The check-in was bad. We were told to sit and wait for someone to come see us but nobody came. We had to go to the counter. The staff was acting rude and not welcoming or helpful at all. They told us to go eat and come back but we still had to wait when we came back from lunch.
They have build a new spa and it’s very beautiful and attractive but the prices are very high.
It’s so beautiful and the grounds and beach are well maintained

La disponibilité des équipes, le sourire
Great ambience, air good food, friendly staff very responsive.
Entertainment in room is lacking so once pool closes not much to do in your room.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the large pool is absolutely beautiful. Balozi beer was a good option. The beach is also pleasant and enjoyable.
Please note that these comments apply to the all-inclusive package.
What truly stood out, however, was the staff and overall service—simply remarkable 👏👌. The team carries a genuine, glowing smile from morning to evening, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Well done to the entire staff, and to whoever inspires them.
The food was just okay and could certainly be improved. Unfortunately, the cocktails were not up to standard, and the juices tended to be too sweet.
Entertainment could also be improved, for example by including a live band.
The hospitality was outstanding, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.
Honestly, there was very little to complain about—everything met our expectations.
Upgrading the rooms with smart TVs would make the experience even better, as many guests nowadays enjoy watching Netflix and YouTube during their stay
Very clean
We stayed for a week. The hotel was very nice. The location was great in relation to the beach, with the cliff on one side and open beach on the other. The food was exceptional, both breakfast and dinners. They vary the dinner location, sometimes inside sometimes outside and with different topics. The pool was great and the pool area very nice. The spa was awesome, a very nice atmosphere with these small half open cabins for the massage - you hear the ocean waves while relaxing.
The rooms were not like in the pictures when booking. It seems some bookings show the wrong rooms. However, the hotel staff changed our room, after we explained this issue (extra positive points for this).
Everywhere there were signs not to feed the animals (monkeys), but the staff did not follow up on that. Above us were guests feeding the monkeys every day from the balcony, so the monkeys were sitting directly on our terrace. Although this is sweet to watch, I feel bad, because I don't want them to become dependent on being fed. Also, the monkeys peed on some of our clothes, and that stinks horrible!
We asked the staff for a stand to dry our wet clothes. They told us to simply lay it on the stone wall of the terrace. However, there were the monkeys again...
Great customer service & fresh meals 👌
Need to improve on kids play Zone
A spectacular pool. Absolutely huge. And being salt water (barely noticeable) meant low use of chemicals. You could literally spend the day in it. Loads of loungers, never short of options. And a wonderful tropical feel to the place. Immaculately kept. A hotel you walk into and think ‘I have made the right decision here’. Loved the branded soft drinks and local spirits were perfectly fine. All the wine was perfectly drinkable. Staff were great, really superb actually and really friendly. Night time entertainment was good and staff clearly put a lot of effort into the routines. The dinner in the gardens was a real highlight
The drains in our room did give off an odour. Fine if you closed the bathroom door but still, unpleasant. As an all inclusive it was fine but you wouldn’t want to step foot out of it, poverty everywhere. Nothing to do and nowhere to eat. Food was ok but very Indian leaning. It was lovely but at times was struggling with options: did not always want a stew or curry for lunch and salads were nice but limited and lacked diversity. Barbecued meat was so dry it was almost inedible and much of the stews were more bone than meat. The non all inclusive restaurants were nice but obscenely expensive. Paying London prices in Africa. Someone is making a lot of money, definitely not the locals. Beyond the once a week outdoor extravaganza, entertainment was done inside in a room close to 49 degrees. Lastly, the beach was not great. Apart from the ten meters in front of the hotel, the beech was Covered in rotting seaweed, two foot deep, and litter ( this is true for all beaches including diani in my experience) and because Kenya is just a series of venues (hotel after Hotel) corporations care about their patch and beyond that, well who cares. Lastly, again if not unique to this beach, it is plagued by locals who would not leave you alone or give you a foot of space. It made the beech a complete turnoff.
The location
Did not get the value of the service paid for.
Staff seems to hear us but not listen to our requests.
Requested a twin bed, on arriving, it was not separated.
Despite several requests, our voices fell on deaf ears both the shift we met and the shift after.
Basically one can say we were offered a single bed as every bedding was single.
Very disappointed and will not be recommending.
