Er was een renovatie gaande, ze begonnen smorgens om 8.00 en tot laat in de avond tot 22.00!!!

Pros:

I enjoyed the warm welcome from the staf, they smiledall the time and you could see the warmth in their faces especially Mariam was so kind to us, the food was absolutely delicious and the nights were calm especially with the breeze coming from the sea.

Cons:

The room that I was given was not the expected one, I had gone for double bed and single only to be given two singles merged together to make one double.
Also improve on room service, I called couple of times and nobody picked up the phone, I had to come fetch food for my self to be deliverd to my room

It’s a very good property mostly because the food and service staff are very attentive and treat people well.
Pros:

It’s spacious, despite being 100% occupancy there is space for everyone.

The food, big shoutout to the Chef, everything I ate was well seasoned and tasted so good, am a chef so I know what good food taste like.

The staff are very friendly and responsive, without discriminating… i appreciate shout out to Mercy M at blue lagoon restaurant….very lovely young lady.

Cons:

The housekeepers are very noisy when cleaning other rooms especially if guests have checked out early, they don’t consideration to other guests in other rooms.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. A lovely relaxing break to unwind at.
Pros:

Beautiful location by the beach and lovely views from the room looking out over the pool.

Cons:

I had to change rooms due to smell from air conditioner. Cleaning standards weren’t the best especially bathroom grout. Staff need more training to lift the overall standard for tourists.

Best place for a family getaway hands down
Pros:

Pool, food, kids activities, entertainment, facilities, deck 270 not to mention the Spa!!

Cons:

Costs for extras can be a lot. The beach also has lots of seaweed

Pros:

Huge property. The staff were friendly. The exterior of the property was well maintained. Breakfast was good. Lovely pool. The spa treatment was next to the beach, and the massage was good. We had a lovely time.

Cons:

Feedback regarding certain issues has been addressed to the management, with a positive response. They listened and understood our concerns.

Enjoyable summer holidays!
Pros:

Customer care in all the services ( Reception, Restaurant, Swimming pool, Reservation, security, room service, kids entertainment etc.. very professional, motivated staff! keep it up.

Special thanks to Samson from the reservation/management team for all his support throughout our stay.

Cons:

The washroom and plumbing system in both family apartment in Kalua and the Family suites need urgent renovations.
