Pros:

Très bel emplacement pour cet hôtel que je casserais plutôt en 4 étoiles plutôt car un peu défraîchie au niveau des chambres malgré la propreté.
Super personnel toujours à l'écoute, petit déjeuner très bon et varié, room service un peu limité mais bien. Nous y étions en février et la piscine était à l'ombre donc un petit peu dommage car du coup nous n'en n'avons pas profité sinon il faisait frais...mais en été ça doit être parfait
Très bon resto grec également.
Hôtel recommandé avec la plage vraiment à 2 min a pied!

Not the experience I expected from a 5 star hotel.

The location was amazing

Cons:

Well I was looking forward to a 2 day stay with 5 star experience. But sadly, our breakfast on day 1 was not even 3 star. I understand the capacity was low but atpeast food should have had more and better options! 2nd day we got the proper breakfast but I paid for 2 nights and expected good breakfast both days. So I wasted my 1st night. Plus the handle of my bathroom was broken, the kettle in my 2nd room was not working, and to add up, the hotel reduced the prices to half of what I paid! I wish hotel would consider the experience and amount paid and compensate. This is my review for the room booked under my husband ABHISHEK PATIAL

Just little disappointend

Cons:

The operator in room service,i order some food and she said,she will tell to the kitchen then i ask how many minutes ,she said 30 -40 minutes so i wait,after 30 minutes i called again,and still said will tell to the kitchen,then the kitchen staff call my room and he said just now he got my order,i told him i order 30 minutes ago...and also they dont have baby cot,but it said in booking.com that free baby cot is available

A nice stay for a short amount of time
Pros:

The lobby was beautiful. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was lovely. Room was clean

Cons:

The bathrooms are a little bit dated now. Also the two twin beds cannot sleep 4 comfortably they are just bigger than a single. Made it uncomfortable

Location is good
Mr. Hashim alansari was a great guy and he tried his best to make us feel great.

Cons:

Check in was delayed.
When we entered the room the smell was okey but not the best and one of the pillow sheet was stained with blood or something red.
Breakfast had a long queue time.
On second day, room service didn’t clean the room even though we hanged the sign. I thought it was by default in big hotels chains and i didn’t need to tell them to do that especially when there are sign for that.

Respond of any complain is very bad late reaching to manager level
Valet super bad they hit my car without informing finally need to go several time hotel people showing help in start after stop to take call

Cons:

It’s should not be 5 star hotel it’s very low quality of everything
Imagine bedsheet have blood dots what is worth than this
