We hadden de inhoud van de koelkast vergeten mee te nemen. Na bellen, konden we dit alsnog ophalen
De volledigheid van de uitrusting van de pantry.

Cons:

Geen personeel aanwezig bij inchecken om 17.00 uur

Graag een klein vegertje. Want kruimels wil ik niet van de vloer in bed hebben. Of dagelijks de vloer schoonmaken

Pros:

Recht gut gelegen, alles da was man braucht um über die Runden zu kommen. Einkaufsgelegenheit in der Nähe

Cons:

Leider war die Heizung ausgefallen, die Radiatoren waren leider nicht wirklich effektiv. Man hat sich leider keine Mühe gemacht Lösungen für Duschen zu finden. Letztlich gab es nicht mal eine Teilrückerstattung oder irgendeinen Kommentar dazu....

Es war okay….
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr gross.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig.
Verschiedene Ausrichtungegenstände waren nicht oder nicht vollständig funktionsfähig. Es war heiss, keine Klimaanlage und weil gerade neben der Zuglinie mit offenem Fenster sehr laut

Sauberes, großes Zimmer, nettes Personal. Betten sehr bequem

Cons:

Ich habe erst nach Bezahlung die Nachricht bekommen, dass es statt eines Frühstückbuffets nur noch einen Shop gibt, in dem man sich jedes Stück Butter und jeden Kaffee einzeln kaufen muss.
Wahrscheinlich ist das im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit sogar sinnvoll. Aber die wenigen Male im Jahr, die ich in einem Hotel übernachte, möchte ich ein wenig mehr Service genießen.
Deshalb war das leider der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem sonst guten Hotel.
