Perfect 5-star hotel, 100 out of 100
Pros:

Impeccable service at every level, there is not a single point where they could do better. The room is immaculate with fantastic view, the breakfast is the best ever, the gym is of great size and well equipped, the room service is perfect.

Cons:

There is nothing that I could add here.
