The staff attitude could be better too. Like HK government, never admit this is their problem….🥲

Location was great. Close to bus stops and MTR

Cons:

The elevator…. It should impart enough to read the room card and activate the lift…. There were a few instances that it couldn’t read the card and I was stalled

Good location
Pros:

Great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and complete amenities. The location is very convenient near the bus stop and MTR, and also close to several shops and supermarkets. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices as well.

Cons:

My only issue was the bed; it is a bit firm, and because the edges are thicker, your body tilts sideways if you sleep near the edge.

Very convenient and the price was good. The rooms are nice and there is a pool

Efficient assistance
Pros:

The stay was short and sweet!
Karen at reception made my stay, I was pleased to meet her at night, she greeted me from far with a lovely smile. She assisted me quick and efficient without hesitations. Thank you, Karen 🌹❤️

Love this hotel!
Pros:

This hotel is near many popular places like Macdonald, supermarket, MTR Etc

Love the room's cleanliness and design Nothing more nothing less. Simply the BEST

Cons:

A bit disappointed when asked for the highest floor, I got 10th floor.

My friend booked via trip.com, she got on the 17th floor and I actually paid more per room.

Not a major concern because I always believe and trust Booking.Com as I am with you for decades

Quite far from the city center BUT very very quiet place.
Pros:

The room is very spacious and complete with soap and shampoo.

Cons:

The window blinds is broken but was immediately fixed by the staff once we informed them.
