USB разьем был только один и за письменным столом. Было бы замечательно если сделали возле тумбочек прикроватных и добавили бы type c разьемы.

Não gostei! Foi uma experiência horrível!

Foi uma experiência extremamente desagradável, daquelas que espero sinceramente nunca mais vivenciar. Senti-me lesada e desrespeitada como cliente. Houve cobrança indevida e excessiva: paguei por três pessoas sendo que só haviam 2 hospédes (eu e minha mãe) em um quarto duplo, o que é simplesmente absurdo. Mesmo diante da situação, o hotel se recusou a realizar o reembolso do valor pago a mais.
O mais preocupante é que sempre associei a Marriott International a um alto padrão de qualidade, transparência e respeito ao consumidor, expectativa que não foi correspondida. A situação foi ainda mais delicada porque eu estava acompanhada da minha mãe, idosa e extremamente cansada após a viagem que teve que esperar enquanto tentava fazer o hotel restituir nosso dinheiro e eles se negaram. O ocorrido demonstra total falta de compromisso com o cliente. Trata-se de uma conduta inaceitável, que beira o enriquecimento indevido.
Deixo aqui minha profunda insatisfação e alerta para que outros consumidores redobrem a atenção ao cogitar ficar neste local.

Pros:

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I imagined that the Marriott chain had a certain standard of quality based on other hotels I've stayed in, but this one is terrible! We paid for a triple room and they offered a double room, justifying it as an upgrade (???). Furthermore, they are trying to charge me extra fees. My mother has reduced mobility and was tired after a long day of travel and had to deal with the manager's temperament, who refused to help us, including with getting to the room, as we had to figure it out ourselves. We wanted a cancellation to go to a better hotel, and they didn't even allow that option. If you can, choose another place because this one is terrible! Trust me.

Bring your own travel adaptor because the Hotel doesn‘t provide travel adaptors.
Pros:

Was convenient and I could take public transportations.

Cons:

They do not offer travel adaptors. I had to buy a travel adaptor. All USB ports to charge were USB type B only and we are using the type C.

Not too bad, but I would not book this hotel again
Pros:

I had a 2-night stay in the hotel, so mixed experience. The room I was given was very smelly on the first night, but I didn't bother to raise the matter as I had arrived late and was tired. However, I was allocated to a better room following the complaint on the next morning, a very good-sized room with a great view of the city. The staff was very helpful in getting the matter resolved.

The location is not great; it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the MTR station or get some local food.

Good property; poor staff behaviour
Pros:

The room was spacious and overlooked the river view. At 29th floor it offered a panoramic view of a section of the city.

Cons:

Staff behaviour. At the reception a Mr Alfie was rude. We had asked for extension of time by about half an hour. We would have appreciated a polite no. He said no and added, if you don't vacate quickly, you will have to pay a penalty!!! Needless rudeness. Unfortunate. It is hospitality industry. If you can't be polite, you don't have to be harsh and condescending.

Convenient & Comfortable
Pros:

Location is very good. Very close to Bus Stop. Metro rail is 10 minutes drive. Rooms are clean.

Cons:

The blinds cannot be drawn open or close without making noise. This can be improved. There can be signs on the road leading from the main road about escalator/lift/entry point. It is not easy to find for a newcomer.
