Don't let them take you as a chump
Pros:

No breakfast available or even complimentary coffee in our room. The diner charged over$6 for the most bland shake that was small for price already but then it was also 2 inches or more of whipped cream on top giving the illusion of a full shake but it was not. Certainly not how old time shakes should be made at a place like Penny's diner

It was good.
Pros:

It was quiet, had an elevator, decent beds and a good shower.

Cons:

The shampoo and Kleenex were empty and nobody checked the room after the first night to replace towels.

We were here for family events so didn’t spend much time in the motel. It was quiet when we were there.
Pros:

Comfortable room. Good shower. Bed was fairly comfortable.

good for one night since we were a short distance from our destination.
Pros:

Security was okay. Quiet. Nice to have restaurant nearby but not real satisfied with the menu.

Cons:

No coffee in room, No coffee pot in room. No breakfast and don't know if we were to go to Penny's for breakfast. Was it self pay???? Will I stay here again. Probably Nor.

Pros:

The general manager was really awesome. He comped our breakfast bc we saw it listed that way online even tho he said they don’t normally offer that. Really awesome dude. Would definitely go again just because he was so likeable. the rooms were also clean.

Nice clean room

Cons:

Called for directions but night manager didn't know the area--no help at all. GPS was no help and we drove all around this small town for r5 minutes until we found the place. Adjoining restaurant was supposed to be open 24 hrs but we went there twice--late the night we checked in and again in early am--both times they would not serve us. No cook there at the time, kitchen shut down etc lots of excuses

Pros:

There was no USB port in the room which is needed. Needed more towel bars and the window did not lock securely, and it was on the ground floor. I would not stay again as it did not have a free breakfast but there was a cafe on site.
