The hotel needs renovation. One lift was not working. Flush in the bathroom was not working. A/C temperature control was not working. Gym was supposed to open at 6 am but I had to ask them to find the key and open it even though it was 6:30am. Restaurant staff was polite and friendly but not professional (talking loudly to each other and slow service).
Gym attendant, Mr. Dinesh is very attentive, respectful and helpful. An employee like him is a great promoter for your business.
Stayed at the Ramada, Chennai, for a short business trip. The hotel infrastructure is old and needs urgent upgrades.
The food quality is below average and not what I expected from Ramada.
Being vegetarian, I complained about Veg and non-veg snacks kept just together and guest using same spoons / ladles to take veg as well non-veg food. Staff agreed to put non-veg food separate, but on very next day, they again mixed veg and Non-veg.

From a very small gym to a very small pool and an overpriced Spa, it's better to give the hotel a skip.

Terrible. How is this a 4 star? The Owner and Ramada as Franchise/Brand Owner have not invested at all in this property. It is shamefully very old and in terrible condition. I feel pity for the staff who work tirelessly and faithfully for the Brand. Phew. Never again!!

I booked this hotel for the name Ramada but honestly I was shocked when I got inside the hotel and room. Extremely dirty, dark. The toilet door was dirty and broken in some places. Room roof was damped. I paid Cad $ 117 which is very high for this quality. This hotel is bringing bad name for the brand Ramada. I dont recommend any one to stay there.
Staff not trained well to handle guests professionally. Checkin process was not easy. Incompetent staff in front desk. However support staff were very helpful and courteous.
Even though I faced issue with flies and mosquitoes in the room, they were very quick to change my room. A very helpful staff who went out of their way to give me meals even after the lunch time had run out.
The bathrooms were smelling but they took care of it once we requested service.
